“There's still some really good people out there, so yesterday I was at Costco and randomly stopped by the optical section to ask a question and before I could finish this awesome dude named Dillon noticed that my current pair was missing a piece and offered to fix it no hesitation I was wowed. Just the sheer willingness to help just a random guy, immediately earned my respect. Brother keep doing what you're doing, because when I walked up he was the only one to greet me while the rest of the teammates scattered off.”
“This is a GREAT place. If you need anything you only need call Donnie and he will make it happen. There have been many times when we were in a pinch and Donnie was able to take care of everything. Parts are always in when he says they will be and if there is an issue he will let you know right away. They have the best person running the Santa Rosa shop for companies that need a go to place to get HVAC products. Thanks Donnie for making our ability to help our customer a breeze”
“Hey Costco tire team, thank you so much for fixing my Tesla model Y. Tire was not balanced correctly due to foam. Greg took care of it and now my car runs like a normal. Thank you”
“The Costco Food Court is a beloved institution for shoppers and food lovers alike, known for its simple menu and unbeatable value. After countless visits to various locations, here is a comprehensive review of what you can expect at the Costco Food Court experience.
Menu Selection & Value
The menu is famously short and sweet, but each item has earned its place. The classics—hot dogs, pizza, chicken bakes, and churros—are consistent favorites, with occasional regional or seasonal specials. The $1.50 hot dog and soda combo is iconic for a reason: it’s filling, tasty, and a value that has remained unchanged for decades. Large, cheesy slices of pizza (available in cheese, pepperoni, or combo) are satisfying and generously portioned. Other menu mainstays like the chicken bake, Caesar salad, and berry smoothie round out the options and cater to a variety of tastes.
Quality & Taste
While you should not expect gourmet cuisine, the Costco Food Court consistently delivers hot, fresh, and flavorful food that exceeds expectations for the price. The pizza crust is chewy and substantial, toppings are generous, and the hot dogs have a satisfying snap. The chicken bake is hearty, and the churros—though sweet and simple—are a fun treat. Portions are large, making it easy to split an order or feed a family on a budget.
Service & Efficiency
Service at the Costco Food Court is fast and efficient, with staff accustomed to moving long lines quickly, especially during peak hours. Ordering is straightforward, and food is typically ready within minutes. The self-serve soda fountain and condiment station allow for customization, though these areas can get crowded during busy times.
Atmosphere & Cleanliness
The food court is usually located near the entrance or exit of the warehouse, and seating is communal and casual. It’s not the place for a quiet or intimate meal, but it’s perfect for a quick bite. Cleanliness is maintained despite the high traffic, with staff continually clearing tables and restocking napkins and condiments. During peak hours, seating can be hard to find, but turnover is fast.
Accessibility & Convenience
The food court is open to both members and non-members in many locations, making it accessible even if you’re not planning a full shopping trip. The grab-and-go style is convenient for shoppers who want a quick meal or snack before, during, or after their Costco run.
Areas for Improvement
The menu could benefit from more variety, especially for vegetarians or those seeking healthier options. Seating and condiment areas can get crowded, and some items occasionally sell out during peak times.
Conclusion
The Costco Food Court remains a favorite for its unbeatable value, satisfying portions, and quick service. It’s the perfect spot to fuel up on a budget, treat the family, or simply enjoy a nostalgic bite. While not fancy, it delivers on its promise of good, affordable food every time you visit.”
“Always reliable. Good merchandise at a fair price. Lately they have changed their fuel prices so that the value isn't always there. Especially when the Costco 4 miles down the road might be $.10 more per gallon.
Months later, the same is still true. I don't buy gas here because it's cheaper in Santa Rosa, where I live.”
“Today I brought in my vehicle for a tire repair. I got a call from Royce informing me that due to the custom black valve stem cover he would not be able to do the repair because the valve stem cover was too long, preventing him from filling my tire back up with air. Jason, Royce and I worked together on the phone to determine a solution and they recommended that they change the valve stem cover so that they can complete the repair. The level of service and professionalism I received from Jason and Royce was EXCEPTIONAL. Every time I have brought in our vehicles for new tires or a tire repair the level of service is always excellent. My family and I will continue to use Costco Tire for all our tire needs, and thanks again for always being awesome!”
“Great plumbing and heating warehouse. I received great service. Phillip was very professional and helped me with all my heating needs. Excellent prices. Thanks Slakey Brothers.”
“A great find and totally worth the planned trip: not just for party events or extended families. A lot of us love coffee drinks and frozen fruit/energy concoctions. Do your research; the list of ingredients is short. Get a powerful small blender, your nutrient and energy add-ins—and shop at US Foods CHEF’S STORE.
They have an AISLE of drink flavourings: Torani regular and sugar-free, DaVinci and Monin. The exact same mixers premium coffee chains use, cheaper than anyplace including online. Each bottle of Torani ≈ the cost of one medium frozen drink at a coffee chain. Less than $7! They sell the chocolate and caramel syrups too, in large and small containers. Bottled flavors are my primary purchase at US Foods, but I do recommend the bags of ladyfingers wrapped in stacks of 10 and big containers of mascarpone, in case you want to make a lot of tiramisu or trifle. There is a huge meat area, and much more dairy in a separate walk in as well as all sorts of paper, plastic and foil♻
The cashiers are nice and the lines move quickly. They have enormous solid-shelf carts, but also divided boxes right at the end of the drink flavor aisle. Parking is plentiful. Note: this is a busy lot. Use caution backing up.”
