“I absolutely love the cafe here, food is great and I’m always happy with my drink. They have a really great selection of manga and DND books as well, my boyfriend and I come here frequently!”

“This is ascended master Alex I like this shop a lot and they even had tiny crystals for my magical dolls, they have the essentials although I did not find any tigers eye there”
“Stopped in today to sell some tapes and met Nick. He evaluated my classic rock cassette tapes, explained what he expected to sell them for at retail, and then made me an offer. Considering he now has to turn around and sell them, I felt the offer was fair, and it was a pleasure doing business with him.
The store has a very eclectic mix of items, and I really enjoyed browsing all the fantastic merchandise. I plan to return soon to bring more items to sell and to pick up a few things I spotted on this visit.
Great store! Parking is available around the corner for a few dollars.”
“It’s huge and definitely busy, but not overwhelmingly crowded, which makes for a really pleasant experience. I stopped by the café inside and ordered a latte along with the lemon loaf, which was labeled as the barista’s favorite and it did not disappoint. Both were delicious.
They also offer a variety of drinks and sandwiches, giving you plenty of options. The staff was very friendly, which added to the overall positive vibe. It’s an easy place to spend an hour or more just walking around, and it can also be a great spot to study or get some work done, though it may get busier at times. I’d highly recommend checking this place out.”
“San Diego has many excellent indie bookstores, but the book catapult is one of the best. They have a great selection of new books, including an amazing children's section with books for all developmental levels. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable, and they have frequent community events for you to connect with other readers.”
“One of my favorite bookstores in San Diego! Well priced, great selection of books and the owners are always friendly and welcoming to everyone who comes in. I'm pretty surprised they don't have more reviews on here. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a great bookstore.”
“Kiddo is into Manga... as us OGs know this can be a minefield. Staff was SUPER SUPER helpful in steering away from the more explicit content variety.... B&N actually wraps the individual book so that kiddos can't thumb thru it.
Store is clean... a bit small from what I'm used to... selection is still good... has all the same areas just fewer options (but still good). Plenty of parking if you're ok with walking.”
“Great B&N. Wish they still had the Starbucks next to them like they used to and I would definitely go more often like I used to. But really nice setup and the staff is friendly and helpful.”
“Found this GEM of a place from TikTok of all places. What a pleasant surprise! Massive PULP Sci Fi and Fantasy section BUT it’s the awesome Westerns that I gravitate to. Highly recommended.”
“Great campus bookstore with plenty of Aztec merchandise. I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were. I was able to find a nice SDSU T-shirt for $19. The customer service was also very friendly and helpful.”
“Was strolling down Adam’s Avenue and came across this place! I was surprised to see such a large selection of books. The shelves are a bit crowded inside but loved their focus on metaphysical and spiritual books. Came away with 2 new reads!”
“Such a cute library system bookstore. I have never seen a separate library system used bookstore before. What a great place. Limited hours, so verify in advance. Tons of parking, attached to the library in the gorgeous courtyard. So fun! Definitely recommend. Support your local libraries.”
“I am taking EMGM 105 and 106 and the bookstore staff was very helpful in helping me find everything I needed for class. The bookstore is a little hard to find, there aren't really any signs. At least that I could find. Its kinda in the middle, back. Its building K1. If you see the child development building in front of you, before you get to the building go around the building on your left and its the next big building.”

“love this school, I really appreciate the staff and faculty that work here. Seriously good coaches and I Love the community. The goats are cool too and KudaPaw the mascot is hilarious and cute”
“I'm Thankful for the teachings and insights I have received from Unarius and its students. Each time I visit, I feel uplifted and that I am participating in creating my positive future. From discussing topics with the students, taking creativity workshops and participating in the classes and events, I am gathering tools and experiences that help me to grow and hopefully help in creating a better Earth for us all. I think the creativity workshops are probably the best way to visit especially if you can tie it with a tour. It would be a great first introduction. Besides the workshops, I really love the Crystal Flame Ceremony in December. My first actual visit (I've been aware of Unarius for years) was a visit during business hours. We spent an hour talking with Billie who has painted some of the most well known paintings of Unarius. Each time I visit now I can feel the positive energy and excitement building. Stop in and ask questions. They are always willing to talk. There are a ton of books and dvds and everyone's favorite, the starship pin!”
“The staff is very Friendly, the books are beautifully sorted by category and they have GREAT prices!! I ALSO love how you can put in a request and if a specific books comes in, they hold it for you”
