He’s such a positive person and full of happiness. Best customer service ever. He was so funny and sweet. Truly the best shopping experience I’ve ever had, this Halloween spirit is also filled with so many things and is huge!!”

“This is by far my absolute favorite GameStop in the county! The service here is always phenomenal.
The manager is always kind, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. The staff is both equal parts, professional, and also personable. They really go above and beyond to help customers out. And if they don’t have the answer, they do their absolute best to help you regardless.
The store is incredibly well put together, demonstrating a master class in organization, accessibility, approachability, and remains eye-pleasing to customers; it’s a clean, organized, and attractive store. The location itself is also very convenient, with good parking near an area with a lot of other excellent businesses that are easy to navigate.
The selection is usually good, and if they don’t have what you’re looking for, they are quick to make ample recommendations and work with you. The value may be set by corporate, which could be a hit or miss, but that is definitely not at the fault of the location.
Overall, I cannot recommend this GameStop location enough. Even if you need to go out of your way a couple minutes or miles, if you’re going to choose a GameStop location, then you’d be hard-pressed to not pick this one.”

“1st time coming here. Came for a diagnostic for my son's TRAXX that wasn't working. I want to say it was Nate (sorry if Igot the name wrong) took it in right away, identified it was the motor, and said they can have it fixed in 30 minutes. This was with no appointment, just walked in, and zero hassle. 100% helpful. I left the store to run an errand and they called in less than 10 minutes saying it was fixed. Outstanding service.”
