Store is clean... a bit small from what I'm used to... selection is still good... has all the same areas just fewer options (but still good). Plenty of parking if you're ok with walking.”
“Great store with a wide varity of HG, RG, MG, and even some PG Gundams. Several stands for 1/100 and 1/144 scale. Some basic tools to include entry grade zippers, professional Godhands nippers, masking tapes, sanding sponges, and other tools. Some paint options as well. They also offer a points reward system. The street the building is located on is very busy on the weekends and closed off. Parking might be a bit difficult. Overall location, variety, atmosphere, and staff friendliness makes this great location for most your Gundam needs in the San Diego area!”

“I've lived in Southern CA for about 5 years and stumbled upon Replay Toys in San Diego when I came to visit the first time about 4-5 years ago and now it is a must every time I drive down to San Diego to visit. The staff is always so welcoming (even with dogs!) and helpful and the nostalgia cannot be beat. I always find something unique or a Pokemon collectible that I cannot find anywhere else and walk out super happy.”
“It’s huge and definitely busy, but not overwhelmingly crowded, which makes for a really pleasant experience. I stopped by the café inside and ordered a latte along with the lemon loaf, which was labeled as the barista’s favorite and it did not disappoint. Both were delicious.
They also offer a variety of drinks and sandwiches, giving you plenty of options. The staff was very friendly, which added to the overall positive vibe. It’s an easy place to spend an hour or more just walking around, and it can also be a great spot to study or get some work done, though it may get busier at times. I’d highly recommend checking this place out.”

“Took my nephew here while he was visiting for the weekend and we both had a really good time looking around. The store had a nice mix of classic toys and newer stuff, so there was plenty to choose from. One employee even helped us find a toy he'd been talking about for weeks. Prices seemed fair and the place was clean and organized, which made shopping easy. We ended up leaving with more than we planned, but honestly it was worth it. My nephew hasn't put down his new toy since we got home. Would definitely come back again.”
“I'm so happy I went in to Gepetto's for a gift today. I called ahead and the employee was very helpful, when I arrived to the store I made my purchase and even had it gift wrapped. I live nearby but was concerned about parking, luckily there was a 30 minute spot available in the parking lot closest to the store. This Gepetto's will be my new stop for toys & gifts.”

“The UTC LEGO Store is easily the best LEGO location in San Diego. The staff is consistently friendly, patient and genuinely helpful every time I visit. You can tell they enjoy what they do, and it makes the whole experience feel welcoming.
They also take great care of the Pick A Brick wall. It is well stocked, well organized and clearly maintained with attention. It sounds simple, but seeing a store keep tabs on the Pick A Brick section actually feels wholesome and shows pride in their work.
The store is clean, well arranged and easy to browse. Whether I am looking for a specific set or just stopping by to see what is new, this shop always makes the visit worth it.
For some reason it does take them unusually long time to see if something is in stock and they may not have much Christmas items in stock often times during December from my years of going here. That does need to improve. That’s my only criticism.”

We had purchased a little wooden picnic set and upon coming home and opening, realized the handle from the basket was missing. The ladies at the Gold Leaf were so accommodating and mailed us the replacement handle the next week. Amazing customer service and can't wait to visit again!”

“I recently took my nephew to this toy store and honestly had a really nice experience. The selection was bigger than I expected, with toys for different age groups and interests. The staff were friendly and gave us a few good suggestions without being pushy. Everything was organized well, so it was easy to look around and find what we needed. My nephew got excited the moment we walked in and ended up finding a toy he hasn't put down since. Prices seemed fair too. Definetly a place I'd come back to when shopping for gifts or special occasions.”
“We highly recommend Little Locks! They are so good with my 6 year old son and 4 year daughter! We have a good experience every time due to the patient and kind staff. Also lots of cool cars to sit in when kids get haircut and shoes to watch. Great choice of toys to choose from after haircut. They offer street and back lot parking lot.”

“I found a retro hoodie that I loved! It was the last one and it was my size. Took it, and a couple other items, to the register to pay. When he tried to find the tag it wasn’t there. He tried to find another size on the rack and in the back. Turns out this was the last one in the entire park. He went to get a manager and while waiting searched the system to see if he could find it. After a lengthy wait the manager came out and after explaining the situation apologized for making me wait so long and rang it up under a hoodie that was the same brand, but at half the price. I was a little upset about the long wait, but they were both very apologetic and they made it right by giving me a huge discount.”

“My family visited Geppetto's from out of town and we were so pleasantly surprised to see a locally owned toy shop up and running!
