The tl;dr: scope of work was completed within a reasonable time frame for a fair price, although some hand-wringing/holding required.

I used Baron for design & build for a master suite (bedroom & bath) addition on my house. They did a great job. The quality of work was high and they worked through a number of unexpected challenges that popped up along the way. The project took a bit longer than originally expected, but very happy with the final results.
