They were great about answering any, and all of our questions, and really created a comfortable atmosphere for those conversations.

“Whenever I’m in the general area, I love stopping by TAP Plastics. I was really saddened when the South San Jose location shut down many years ago, and in my opinion, that location was much more convenient for those of us on the south side.
I also really wish TAP Plastics had not stopped carrying the plastic flip-lid compartment organizers. They were the only organizers of that type I could find in any store that were made in the USA, and I have never found a comparable replacement.
Aside from that, TAP Plastics is absolutely a hands-down great store. The atmosphere is calm, the employees are respectful and helpful, and I always enjoy stopping in whenever I’m nearby.”

“Ace in Boulder Creek is a really great store for home improvement, repair, and everyday household needs. Every time I visit, I am impressed by how well the store is organized and how easy it is to find what I need. They have a very good selection of materials, tools, hardware, garden supplies, paint, and many other useful items for both small repairs and bigger projects. It is the kind of store where you can come in for one simple thing and still find many other helpful products.
One of the best things about this store is the customer service. The staff are friendly, patient, and always willing to help. If you have questions about materials, tools, or which product is best for a certain job, they take the time to explain and give useful advice. That makes a big difference, especially when you are working on a project and want to make sure you buy the right item.
The store is also very clean and well maintained. Everything looks neat, the shelves are arranged nicely, and the whole place feels comfortable and professional. He always takes care of us quickly and makes sure we get exactly what we asked for. I’ve never had an issue with an order, and he’s always thorough, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond to help us out.

“Amazing store. They had an adapter they had *in stock* for our tractor's hydraulic hose fitting, which we needed that day. The staff found exactly what we needed and recommended better washers than had come with the hose in the first place, which have put a stop to leaks on the other hoses.”
“I went in on a Friday afternoon after looking for an odd and unique buss bar for a vacuum pump that we were exchanging to have rebuilt. I had been to three other electrical supply shops and none of them had or thought they could get that part or something close to make work. So I didn't have high hopes when arriving. It looked like I interrupted lunch (Sorry guys) when I walked in, but the owner jumped right up to greet me and help me out (I didn't realize that he was the owner at that time). I showed them some pictures of what I was working with and asked if they had that buss bar or could get one, or something that I could use. He went off on one of the most in-depth, time consuming, all-encompassing SAR missions I think they might have had. about 30 minutes in, I thought they forgot about me, and I decided to leave. The son came out as I was getting into my truck, and asked if I was still interested in finding that buss bar. I felt stupid and told him that I thought they forgot about me, then he explained that his dad had been searching pretty much every nook and cranny of the warehouse in search of it or one that might work. So fast forward another 15-20 minutes and he emerged from the underworld of the VAST warehouse (no kidding, it's pretty impressive) and he had a buss bar that was similar and asked if it might work. I would have to modify it slightly, but it worked like a champ!! It was supposed to be temporary, but it worked so well, that it is the permanent component in that vacuum pump motor. So, short story long, give them a try FIRST! They are an awesome company and they really do go to great lengths to help their customers. From us here at Vacuum Engineering & Materials (VEM), THANK YOU for helping get this Vacuum Hot Press back up and running that afternoon! I couldn't have done it without your help. I appreciate your far reaching efforts!”
“Holy moly, Kristin Montoya knows her colors! We are beginning a renovation and I was absolutely lost about what color tiles, quartz, backsplash, etc to choose. I came in here and spent an hour with Kristin and walked out with an interior and exterior paint palette that would make even the Property Brothers jealous! Kristin is calm, has an exceptional style sense, and is incredibly helpful. Thanks to her help in establishing a palette, I was able to choose all of my finishes with ease! **Should also mention that Kristin is finishing her interior design degree - her expertise is apparent.**”

The professional knowledge they have there is second to none. Even when UPS screws something up, they go well out of there way to make it right. They run a tight ship there with no B.S. !! I've worked for corrupt and shady breaker houses in the past and these guy's are the direct opposite. They are my go to guy's. Period.”
