“Fast and efficient staff and service getting a top grade oil change of synthetic and changed my wiper blades and put fuel additives for the vehicle to make it run better .And they make sure they did it right the first time showing all the components they changed right in front of your eyes .No complaints ,and they give complimentary refreshments while you wait .I'm a tourist from Vegas I really recommend this place to anyone .”

“I took my car in for an oil change and transmission flush - and saw that the front wheel fork was in bad shape when they hoisted the car up.Al gave me a very fair estimate for the car, and a loaner for the duration of the repair.
Then, while putting the parts in, they noticed that two of the bolts were stripped, and they had to order new bolts from Mercedes. This took an additional 2 days, and added only around 80$ to the repair. Al let me keep the loaner car till my repairs were done!
I know from experience that nobody else would keep a car back for 2 days for an extra 80$ in repairs - these are some of the most professional people I have seen. I will definitely be bringing my car here again.”

“I got my tires rotated and the person who helped me was so nice. He was very quick, efficient, skilled, and thoughtfully inflated my tires too. The cost was the same as getting it serviced at Costco Tire Center but theservice was far better quality. I didn't catch his name but my car drove more smoothly after he rotated the tires (the previous shop must have screwed up the rotation). Give him a good tip. This service is far better than anything you’ll fi d at Costco Tires Store.”

“This is my local mechanic. I am so grateful they are my neighbors because I can not afford to take my car to the dealership for repairs. The previous owner always did, though. “Mike is the most honest and straightforward shop representative I've ever spoken to. I called from SoCal regarding my daughters 2003 Toyota Camry. Being a busy student at Cal State San Jose, she needed her car working reliably. She went in by herself and he took a look at the car and offered an easy remedy without drama. Over the weekend my low tire pressure light went off while driving on the freeway. I couldn’t tell what may have been the issue since none of them looked flat or low.
I had stopped by Dastgah Tire Pros & Service after work and I was quickly assisted. The team had inspected the tire I assumed was the issue although they further assessed all four.
Turns out I had two nails in the back; one on each side & the two in the front had 100miles left of life ?
What seemed tragic was actually a good opportunity to get a brand new set of tires. I lucked out by getting a set of my preferred brand for my civic & the team was able to install all 4 tires before closing!!”
“I had trouble with starting the car and I came here to Preferred Auto. Fernando did the quick diagnostics and found the root cause, and replaced the battery, starter motor. During the diagnostics, he discovered the issue with rust in my break rotors and thinning pads and I went for the replacement. It was a great service and pleasant experience with Fernando. I would greatly recommend him for any auto repairs.”

“I would like to heartily thank the two mechanics (I'm so sorry not to have gotten their names!) who were so gracious in helping me out of a bind. I was in Palo Alto for a week, fully booked with appointments, and some plastic piece fell off my front grill, twice, dragging itself on the ground. The hotel guys tried to fix it, but it didn't hold. It was late in the day, yet AAA Mountain View put my car up on the next available bay, gave the piece a more secure, temporary fix, and I was able to safely drive home to Walnut Creek. And not only that, they refused any charge. So thank you Guys, I really appreciated it!”
“I went to the Jiffy Lube on 1030 Saratoga Ave in San Jose and two gentleman helped me. Both their names were John. John B and John M. The two of them were the best employees I have ever interacted with at Jiffy lube. They were so kind and explained everything to me. They were the best! You should absolutely 100% value these two guys. I will always take my car back to them.”

“Moe is the man, honest, genuine, and professional. Couldn't ask for more when the his service is also priced reasonably! I went in for brake pads replacement and came out with the brake pads replaced with transparent process and price. Moe also went beyond to help me with my ECU errors and cleared all the 5 errors! Moreover, I went back and forth with my changing thoughts and Moe stayed patient with me the entire time! I do not want to go to other auto shop again unless it's something beyond his range of services!”
“The mechanics there are very good. Happy is great mechanic, he knows what he is doing and taking about. He will explain everything and only do what is necessary and won't charge extra.
He checked out a used vehicle I purchased and told me everything about it. What needed repairs right away.

“Heard a strange noise which upon presentation disappeared. They fit me in, put the car on the rack, inspected suspension & brakes, rotated the tires, and road tested the vehicle. No major trouble found. The did give some advice for potential repairs, but no pressure. Only charge was for the tire rotation.

Dave and Esgar went above and beyond to quickly find solutions to get the replacement parts quickly and also worked patiently to deal with absurdity of tesla insurance and help me to get reimbursed from the insurance company .Highly recommend and I would continue do my service here all times”
