They were all so nice and friendly to me and helped me fix my air intake since it was cracked. Their response on the phone and text was fast. Unfortunately they don’t open on weekends . “This is the place to go for your car service. I’ve taken my cars here over the years because their customer service is great, their prices are affordable and the service is on point. I started coming here as a college student. At that time, Alan and Jose would always make sure I understood what was going on with my car and gave me maintenance tips on how to take care of it. I ended up moving out of the area, but always remembered the care they took for my vehicles. I have now returned to the area and I knew GIC would take care of any concerns I had with my car. As a woman who knows little about car, I’m glad to have a place I can trust to help me with oil changes and car maintenance.”

These guys know what they are doing and will show you what they are seeing and doing every step of the way. They will make recommendations and not try to upsell you! I've never had such friendly and knowledgeable technicians. They will even offer you a free bottle of water. They will also check your tire pressure and add or reduce if needed. So awesome! Car now runs like a new ride. Kudos and will be back!”

“I called ahead of time to see if I can get an oil change, and they told me to come in. The gentlemen named Mario changed my oil, added more wind shield fluid, and pumped my tires. Everything was done in 30 minutes. The price was reasonable and everyone was super helpful. I took down a star because of the location. It's located in busy Downtown SJ with lots of unusually interesting people wandering around. I felt a little unsafe to walk around, so I stayed and watched them work on my car.”

“My vehicle's tire pressure light popped on and I decided to take it in for service at this location. It turns out there is a mental clip stuck in one of my tires. Normally it is expected to wait pretty much the whole day to get your car back but my car was dropped off at 10am-ish and was ready for pick up 11:30am!! Both the check in/check out process was easy & seamless. Truly appreciate the promptness and the efficiency of this location!”
