“I went in for an oil change this morning around 9:15 and I was the only customer there. I was told it would take about 20 minutes, but I am sure it was faster than that. The guy who rang me up was great. He clearly explained pricing for the services I requested, made a recommendation for a tire rotation, made recommendations for future services that I didn't need today. He even found me a better coupon than the one I brought in with me. I've been to other Jiffy Lubes in the past and I know I got over charged and underserved. I will happily come back to this location for my next oil change. Fast and friendly service!”

“I called ahead of time to see if I can get an oil change, and they told me to come in. The gentlemen named Mario changed my oil, added more wind shield fluid, and pumped my tires. Everything was done in 30 minutes. The price was reasonable and everyone was super helpful. I took down a star because of the location. It's located in busy Downtown SJ with lots of unusually interesting people wandering around. I felt a little unsafe to walk around, so I stayed and watched them work on my car.”
“Really great service at this shop! I was referred here by a tire shop who couldn’t help with the nail in my tire due to location of the nail. Everyone was very professional, gave me a typed estimate, and helped me right away. They also pointed out I needed a new front tire too, so we got taken care of too. They explained things point by point which I appreciated. Will definitely come back up here for my oil changes, etc.”

The place inside was clean with a waiting area inside or outside. Time flew by when they had the TV on. This place is my go to for oil change.”
“I had a flat tire today, so I GPS the nearest tire shop and hoped I could make it there without damaging my car. This is my first time at Wheel Works. Joe the manager was very friendly and fast. It was a quick conversation to drop off the car. When I arrived, there were 2 customers ahead of me in line, and 2 other customers behind me. I walked around Oakridge Mall to eat and shop while I wait. Joe called me when my car was done and it only took less than 2 hours which is good because I knew they were busy. There were other customers they had to help. It was an overall great experience. I will come back again.”

“Fast and efficient staff and service getting a top grade oil change of synthetic and changed my wiper blades and put fuel additives for the vehicle to make it run better .And they make sure they did it right the first time showing all the components they changed right in front of your eyes .No complaints ,and they give complimentary refreshments while you wait .I'm a tourist from Vegas I really recommend this place to anyone .”
