“Our daughter has been attending this school for about two years now and we couldn't be happier! Safe neighborhood, amazing teachers & admin, lots of activities (art, practice with writing, dancing, etc) and our daughter is always excited to go to school! Hours of operation are amazing as well especially if you are a working parent. We originally were attending an action day and we honestly couldn't be happier for the change! When going to action day we found it very corporate (constant raises in tuition, high turnover of staff, not thrilled with how they would deal with issues that arose and they would move kids around the campus a lot so your child could be hard to find) while World of Discovery has been the complete opposite which we love! I always know my daughter is safe, happy and having a great time and we really couldn't ask for more. The summer camps are great as well and that was actually how we found world of discovery - they make the summer program different so if you choose to do pre-school & summer camps it is a different fun experience for your child so it feels more like summer (each week has a different theme, they have parties etc.) We really were lucky to have found this pre-school and we couldn't be happier with our experience!”

“All my life, I have been fascinated with piano music and have always dreamed of playing someday. After many years of pushing off lessons, I finally found a highly skilled piano teacher who could teach me to play classical music. I have been taking lessons with Mrs. Emilia for the last 6 months and it's been amazing! She has been inspiring me to build good techniques while pushing my playing to the next level. I highly recommend Mrs. Emilia to anyone who would like to learn how to play the piano.”

“Our family has been so happy to have our child at Action Day University for the last year and a half. The staff are so amazing and supportive, compassionate and caring. We picked this site specifically because we liked the tight-knit community feel and the tenure of many of the staff. Our child has grown and developed so much because of the support here and we're so glad to be part of the Action Day family!”

“SFC is such a wonderful preschool! Ms Nadia and all the teachers a like an extended family while also incredibly professional. We are not a French speaking family and the school and other parents are very welcoming. The play based, emotional learning focused making preschool fun and also enriching was exactly what we were looking for, plus exposure to another language. We also loved that our children had the exposure to learn aboutand cultures and religions from all around the globe from their class mates. Our son looks at a map or globe and has real meaning as he describes where his classmates were from or traveled to.I am so so thankful we learned of this magical nurturing place!”

“We send our son to preschool here. We love the interactions with the teachers and all the activities they do with the children. Our son has learned so much in the last year and is now achieved more than we expected. He also has made many friends which was important since he was unable to make friends during the pandemic.”

“This is an outstanding nursery where we had a simply wonderful experience. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the teachers exceptional. It is a place that will mean you leave a better parent, with more friends than when you arrived. Most importantly of all the kids play, learn, grow, and want to come back.”

“We moved here from the east coast a little over a year ago. We have my daughter in kindergarten and my son in pre k and we could not be happier. From the teachers, church, extra curricular and community outreach we couldn't imagine having our children attend any other school. Highly recommend for any parents looking for a school/nurturing community!!”

“It was a great place for my child, when he was 6 months old, I used to drop him in infant care which is fabulous. The teachers are great and took care of my child during the very early age, I am very thankful to those infant teachers for their care , patience, and support not only to the babies but also to the new mothers/parents. My child used to cry a lot and I got nervous leaving him at preschool, but the teachers were very compassionate and empathetic to me as well and they know how to support the child and did a great job every single day. Due to pandemic, we took a break and restarted from 1.5 years old they strictly followed all hygienic rules. My child was there in preschool group til age 3, he really enjoyed the time in the preschool. Thank you teachers and staff for all your wonderful support and care for the kids.”

“My second son spent a year there as a pre-K before he left to join his brother at another school. He loved Growing Tree and keeps mentioning it after he left. The place is super clean and well organized. The teachers and staff are very helpful. When my son started out, he did not speak that much English and he had difficulty in keeping up with the rest of the class. His teacher, Ms. Saras, was extremely patient and helped him greatly make the adjustment to the new environment. The bilingual teaching (English and Chinese) was also a big plus. I strongly recommend this school for those families who want their children to start bilingual learning.”

“Is any school perfect? No, but the teachers and our principle care deeply about the children here. We have a loving, warm, supportive community. If there are problems, they are handled as best as they can be. I think majority of issues are due to the district. We have a superintendent (Shelley- nepotism at its finest), and a school board that is power hungry and cares more about their pockets than the district. I wish the CA Department of Education would hold districts accountable. There are no check in's, investigations or steps to make sure the leaders of our public schools are doing their job.”

“If you are searching for a school to enlightening your children's potential in academic, Challenger is the one for you. I'm not talking about having a 3 yr old writing an essay, it is the fun in reading and learning that they will find and also be beneficial for their whole lifetime. I have 3 young children, and 2 have/ are going with Challenger ( 2 different campuses). I wholeheartedly vouch for Challenger, especially the Saratoga campus. In the 4 years I sent my kids with the Saratoga branch, nothing I'd complain, even when there have been 3 different school directors. I held back writing this review for quite some time, because I would hate this site got filled up quickly, due to the capacity limit. It's also the capacity constraint makes me loving this site even more! The staff and the teachers are WONDERFUL and they know almost each kiddo even when they are not in the teachers' class. Both my kids who went to Challenger were shy in the beginning, but one thing they keep telling me throughout the years even starting the first week is they love the school, the teachers, and the environment. One of mine had to do stay-at-home learning due to COVID, and each day he told me he misses Challenger for the whole year! It's such a relief to see your children love learning, be very proud of themselves exceling, feeling loved, and happy in a school. I thank the Saratoga teachers and staff providing such a great place, memory, and impact to my children.”
