“First time using the self checkout. I was coaxed into the line and coached as I used the screen and my Kohl’s card. Very polite and courteous employee…very clean and organized store with plenty of sale items and great discounts. Thank you from the Carters.”

“My wife wanted to stop by this Nordstrom Rack in the Valencia Promenade to look at slippers. This store has a lot of products to offer and some prices are reasonable. The shoes are toward the back of the store, the men's department are on the left and the women are toward the right. Customer service when we were here was great.”
“I have no idea why Kohl’s would have shopping carts that can’t go pass the front door! Totally ridiculous, and inconvenient for anyone with kids BUT I was supper lucky that Vinni my cashier let her manager know she would need to help me to my car. There was no push back from her manager. Which was perfect since I had my granddaughters 11 month and a 4 year old and in tow. Many thanks Vinni for your kindness.”
“I love TJMaxx, I shop there all the time almost everything I wear is from there, BUT I had very bad experience today, I purchase two sweatpants brand Homebody club today, normally if I am not going to return the item I wash it so … I bought it today and washed it,one of the pant’s color fainted and got some lighter big spots on it, I took it back with all my shopping to show the manager it was bought today and I washed all my items and only one changed color to the point that can’t be used, manager Cheyanne with out apology said too bad we can’t not take it back, I ask for some one above her to come, Cheyanne with a smile said I am the manager and I am telling you we won’t take it back,
Honestly I don’t even care about $12.99 I even left the pants there and told them you can keep it BUT the way she handled the situation was disgraceful and embarrassing. Company needs to hire experience manager that know how to deal with respect towered their employees and customers, they need to know that sometimes they can make exception to the roles. Anyway I will still shop there. This was TJMaxx Valencia”

“I stopped by this Ross location this morning to get a sandle to wear inside or outside the house. I had time to waste before my wife graduation near by so I stopped by here. They weren't that busy since I came in the early morning but the bad part is that they only had 1 cashier working. I found the sandle I wanted so I got it and went to the line to pay for it. The person working the jewelry or sunglasses area was confusing some older guest she was helping and giving them conflicting information. She was helping them but instead of letting them pay with her, she told them to get in line which was long and pay for their item. The older guest were old with a crane so when I was the next guest about to pay, I let them go since they were there before me anyway. The store was nicely organized in the morning though so it was one of the nicer Ross I been to.”
“I needed to return a wallet. The lady who helped me was very friendly and efficient. I truly appreciated her calm manner and service with a smile. I wish I had gotten her name. My return was fast and hassle free.”
“Great place for pick up. Employees are friendly. Hate going into the store! Most employees in store are of no help at all & quite a few are downright disrespectful. At this particular store, the self checkout closes down early & most often only 1, sometimes 2 assisted checkouts are open. I've left without making my purchases more often than not. This is extremely irritating because there are some items that cannot be obtained or need to be seen through pickup.”
“I just wanted to thank Gavin at the Canyon Country location for going above and beyond. I had a difficult, heavy order that had gotten bounced around in transit and was hard to find. Gavin stayed persistent, found the order, and expertly loaded it into our truck. Give this man a raise!!”
“I went there last week looking for a wedding guard for my wedding ring and Ketti was so nice and helpful. Explained everything, even told me we’re to go get it sized. She went overboard for me and even wanted to see the ring after complete. Should be more service like her thank you Ketti! You deserve a pat on the back. ?”

“My wife and I stopped by this Marshall store yesterday so I can look at some shorts. I wanted to see if this store will have some Nike store for a decent price but I didn't find any. It could be because there a Nike store nextdoor that I was already planning on visiting. There a lot of parking spots in the plaza this store is located in.
This store is big inside and has a lot of stuff to choose from. There are staff throughout the store if you need any help. The store is nicely organized and I didn't see one piece of clothing on the floor when I was here. The dressing room is on the right side of the store. My wife was going to buy something but then saw the long line at checkout so she changed her mind. There no self checkout station here so just be aware that you might have to wait.”
“The store is not always well arranged, the space is a bit small for the amount of clothing there is. Even so, the prices are affordable and they have environmentally friendly clothing.”
“My favorite target location. Almost everyone is nice and friendly. I wish I knew them by name but the guy in the late shifts that is at the self checkout is amazing! He’s so patient and his customer service always exceeds expectations. Plus the drive up crew is great. Keep up the great work:)”

“If you are looking for upscale kitchen gadgets, linens, or just like to peruse home goods, this is the place, lol. I can spend a good hour walking through the store, checking out their furnishings, decorations, and clearance items. And if all that shopping makes you hungry, check out the specialty food items. The line usually moves along smoothly. I had an unmarked kitchen spoon that the woman at the register took the time to compare with other items to give me an accurate price.”

“Miniso's collection has grown. I remember when my daughter liked shopping here because they had some sort of deal with We Bare Bares. Now they have so many characters, including Sanrio. If you're looking for a one stop shop that will have everything you need for a themed gift basket, this is the place to go.”

“I like this noise from the rack because it's a lot of stuff That is not too old that he would like from a clothes to shoes to accessories.
If you look carefully you'll find some really good deals and some really good stuff.
Either before or after you can walk around and shop at other places or eat or just hang out in the shopping center. And there's plenty of parking although people always want to park really close to the store but if you look around there should be enough parking especially in the back of the building or to the side of the building rather than looking at just the front side of the building.”
“So I didn't catch her name but whoever hosted the Pokemon restock today 3/24/25 at 6pm, absolutely fantastic. This was my bf's first ever restock catch and it was WONDERFUL. What a great experience! Limiting and letting people go one by one and take their time was so fantastic. I've seen videos on tiktok and was really scared this would get ugly but everyone was calm and professional. My bf was able to get packs he's never seen in person before! Thank you target employees for making my bfs day!!”

“I like the super Walmart because it has everything including a supermarket. There's even a garden center to pick up a few backyard in front yard supplies.
There's ample parking and a lot of checkouts. It's just about everything and anything that you could need you could find it here.
The best time to go is early morning before the rush of customers.”

“Made an early morning trip to Walmart and found my Ripple milk by accident at a steal of a deal when compared to Whole Foods and even target. It was really nice visiting on the morning and felt like I had the whole store mostly to myself. This store has everything you need and then some. Great location with an In&Out burger across the parking lot and a Burlington a few stores down”

“I just want to add a review because I feel that lady that posted most recent gave this store a bad rap. The store overall is very clean the associates are very nice I have always greeted when I walk through the door. There's plenty of people around I see people and they're all the time. This one is close to my store so I go to it a lot. I'm a bargain shopper so I shop at a lot of Ross's I would say that this store is better than most. There are plenty of associates and they're always there to help.”
