“I couldn't imagine a better experience than the one we just had at D & K. After the entire length of my car was scratched by a fallen tree, I was certain it was going to need a new paint job. My husband brought it in to D&K and Francisco recommended buffing it out to see if the scratches could be removed.When I went to pick up my car I could not believe my eyes - Francisco and his team had worked magic and and flawlessly buffed out all the damage. During my first visit, I was advised to order the part myself, which I appreciate as it saved me more than $400 dollars. Not only did they efficiently replace my tail light and pop the bumper back out, but they went above and beyond in their customer care. When it came to check out, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the $29 labor charge would be covered by the shop. It truly made my day. “Paul and his team did an amazing job with our SUV. They literally took out the entire interior, sanitized using enzyme and ozone over multiple days. They also cleaned the engine compartment, and cleaned the drain lines around the sunroof that were blocked. Additionally, the team took care of rust and spray painted some troublesome parts. When everything was back together, it looked like new. Paul was very communicative throughout the entire process and kept detailed notes of the work they did. “I've used Bryant Bay Area auto body for 3 occasions - rear bumper damage for my bmw m6, front bumper and full headlight replacement for my bmw m850 and a separate incident for full front bumper and left fender replacement. On each occasion Louie and Ian were incredibly professional, approachable, prompt with their quotes, transparent, and communicative. They were easily accessible over email or text throughout the process including sending pictures during the work to keep me up to speed. From a pricing perspective, while either the other party or insurance covered each incident, the final price was within the range they estimated and was reasonable vs. other shops. For the bmw m6 rear bumper damage they got the job done in 1/4 the cost of another shop nearby that also specialized in BMWs Overall I highly recommend Louie and Ian for anyone looking for a couple of nice and honest guys you can trust your luxury car with.”

“I've never expected the car repair experience would be so positive ending! I am grateful that my auto mechanic told me to go here, Avenue Body Shop when I had a puddle inside the car! Despite the fact of my brand new 2018 Honda has been having several issues and incidents since 2018 including someone hit while I wasn't inside the car (happened twice) and the sun visor on driver side was "broken" from the vey beginning but the dealer told me this happened for new cars and didn't do anything. I believed him it was just tight so it's not smooth... but Ave Body Shop told me it's broken and they order new one and fixed it with just $40. (I wonder why the dealer didn't offer this?) They also took care of something other than the problem of puddle while the car was in the shop. Most of all, Noe, Joel and Janai educated me how to take care of my car with my insurance. Their team is very nice and friendly and try to help customers. I felt they are on my side I really didn't expect this kind of experience on repair shop until now; it really exists good people!
