“First things first... Kelly is the best! My girlfriend and I started our engagement ring purchasing process by looking at other online websites for lab grown diamonds. We had a diamond picked out for her and all we needed was the ring size. We had previously bought a ring from Padis in Walnut Creek and called to get the ring size. Kelly told me the ring size and informed me that their prices were very competitive to other online jewelers. Upon looking at Padis' website, I found out that the ring and setting that I had customized was 40% cheaper than the other online jewelers. “Ben helped me with 2 watches from the 90's my mom gave me, a Seiko and an Omega. He quickly replaced the battery in the Seiko. He took time to carefully resize the Omega for me and thoroughly worked on fixing the watch since it wouldn't start working with just a battery replacement. He was so kind and helpful! When I want to replace the movement on my Omega I'll definitely be back here. Thanks Ben!”

“Had the most fun shopping with Chanel this weekend and walked out with a LOVE bangle with diamonds. Even though I was casually dressed (I'm super preggo okay??) Chanel took her time with me even though that gal has a stacked list of clients! What I greatly appreciated about her is how she connects the jewelry to the personality, e.g. rose gold highlights a bit more femininity, the LOVE bracelet is meant to be taken out and worn. That helped narrow my decision very quickly so we were in and out in 30 minutes!! While we were waiting for her to dress up the box, they let me take a photo of my pup in front of the panther wall! Can we get a LOVE collar please??”

“Toni!!!!!!! Well, I can't say enough kind words about Toni and Tourneau! She was a tremendous help in finding a Rolex timepiece that I fell in love with! She was kind, extremely knowledgeable, personable and honest! I waited years longer than I probably should have to start my purchasing journey, but recently felt the time was right (not for any specific reason) to finally purchase my first self bought Rolex timepiece. I very quickly learned that it's not so easy to buy a Rolex. I would say it's just as hard, if not harder, than buying certain high performance sport cars. Being used to that world already, I quickly accepted this as a fact. So like every other first timer, I picked up the phone and started calling around. I travel a work footprint that gets me into close proximity of around 5-6 total ADs. Most of them pretty much required me to come in person to look at watches I probably couldn't even buy because of availability. I'm sure there's a reason for this, but unless I'm 5-20 mins away, I prefer not to spend unnecessary travel time just to try on something and not walk away with it because it's an exhibition piece. Well Toni and Tourneau were the complete opposite of all the other Rolex ADs I had spoken to. Toni helped me with finding a piece I truly love in a manner that was very accommodating to my time invested. Not requiring me to come in physically until I could actually buy the piece. This alone means everything to me! Not only that, but I was able to acquire the watch in roughly only 2 weeks of texting and phone calls with Toni. The in person experience was amazing as well! Showing up to the store we were treated respectfully, timely and professionally. I didn't show up wearing a suit, or any luxury branded clothing that I'd imagine much of their clientele would normally adorn. I was not judged at all and treated with respect & dignity. That's class. Realizing that customers come in all shapes and sizes and not differentiating based on appearance. Since in the end, every $ is the same color. Getting to know Toni as a person was a treat as well. Loved to hear where she had traveled and that one of the places was Turkey. It's always nice to hear people enjoy their time in the country you were born in. Makes them immediately feel like family. I can't imagine I'll ever try to purchase from anywhere else again. Toni and Tourneau have earned my loyalty! The craziest part of this is that it took me years to make the jump to purchase a Rolex, and I'm already ready to buy another haha I'm positive much of that has to do with this experience. Though I'm sure my next piece will not be as easy to acquire, I have faith in Toni and Tourneau! Toni knows what elusive piece I'm looking for and I have no doubt I'll get it in due time! “BVLGARI isn't as well known for their watches as the many other Swiss made watch brands. But that doesn't mean that their watches are not awesome. While many brands seem to stick to more traditional looks, BVLGARI is more avant-garde with them designing the Octo Finnisimo which is one of the thinnest watches in the world. Too thin for my tastes but their Octo Roma Worldtimer is a sweet spot in both design and usefulness covering 24 time zones. I was helped by a sales person named Lulu. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the watches. Great customer service. On past visits I have looked at the rings and jewelry but I'm more interested in their watches. Overall a great place to shop if you like BVLGARI products.”

“I had bought a vintage AP watch and needed to have the bracelet fitted. I went to Shreve even though they don't carry AP, and they referred me here - and I'm so glad they did! It was a simple operation, but Jean-Pierre and Anne Marie asked me a number of questions about the watch, and let me know that one link had a missing screw and one had a damaged screw head - they had given me an extra screw for my spare link. Very efficient and professional, and a great view to boot! And for the 1-star review complaining about credit cards - now they do accept them :)”

He said no costs. I was in total shock. I insisted paying him. He said no. He advised that my watch did not pass some kind of test and recommended to go to repair shop that specialized on Gucci brand. I was so touched. “In my travels on Earth viewing luxury, I discovered the Rolex Presidental in the country of Aruba located at the Renaissance Mall. The decision was made to one day add it to my future collection. The Rolex quote is spot on "The Day-Date is the watch of a global, multicultural, and ever-changing world." Rolex Boutique Tourneau San Francisco was where I sent emails and Toni responded and I was texted with the depressing No! we do not have that at the moment. However, Toni presented me with other configurations that were not to my liking and I kindly declined and preferred to wait. Toni is a specialist in the business and soon texted me the watch is fresh and just come in and will be sold on a first come first serve basis. I was informed I had 24 hours to shuffle finances and maneuver through traffic and disruptions to meet and greet the handler of my ultimate dream watch. For the next 3 hours I was on tour in suit and tie displaying the masterpiece. The new goal in the next 3 months is to purchase a everyday piece the Yacht-Master 42.”

I am a physician and I have been wearing my beautiful ring everyday during the time of covid (lots of hand washing). My ring continues to look flawless, elegant. I can say that in love with my ring and it matches my hand perfectly. There is so much attention to detail in this ring. But the plot thickens. “The store is in the 8th floor of a building. I came here to remove some links from Movado watch my husband just gifted me. They are not really a museum but a certified center to do services for Movado, Omega, Gucci, etc. The two people running the place are bit traditional but very knowledgeable. They don't communicate in a way to upsell you anything, but do a good job in maintenance your products. I would come back here again for other services.”
