“Took my 2022 Ram Limited to have a full diagnostic done on the truck, after my rear differential was just replaced by the manufacturer. Wanted to be proactive and get ahead of any other possible issues with the truck, as having the rear diff replaced at just 85K miles was not what I was expecting for this truck. That process took 3 weeks at the Ram dealership, which I did not want to go through again. Dane and his team did a great job of doing a multipoint inspection (free for first time customers like me). They also rotated my tires and did an oil change. I will be bringing my truck back to them for future services that my truck may need. They explain what they are doing, take pictures of any possible issue, send estimates and updates via text and work with the customer to find time for repairs. They don't keep the truck for 3 weeks like the Ram dealership did.”

He was able to focus on the most pressing needs present in the car and set doable priorities for the vehicle's maintenance now and in the future. I can especially commend him for the restoration of the driver's seat. After 44 years, this item wears out on these vehicles. “These guys are awesome. I brought in my furnace. I’ve been living in a trailer for 5 years we’ve owned it for 15. I thought it was going to be a crazy expensive fix, turns out it was just a dirty sail switch. They cleaned it up, called me promptly the next day, and didn’t even charge me. They were very knowledgeable in giving me a run down of what had happened and gave me great advice to prevent it in the future. “These guys are awesome!! Got a transmission fluid change and also asked for a check on a mysterious clunk that would occur when moving from a dead stop. They identified the issue immediately with a test drive and updated me with a lesser repair cost than what was expected. All in all, you will not find the same expertise they provide at the cost they charge. I had called a few other places in San Jose and Santa Cruz for price comparisons beforehand. I got my truck back in fantastic shape without draining my wallet, highly recommend this shop!!”
