“Possibly the best postal worker of entire USPS work here! People in front of me had various (uncommon) concerns (verification for mail box, delayed package at another location, etc.). They all were treated so nicely! I didn't get the name but that employee in Gucci eyeglasses listened to all of them patiently and went above and beyond for them.
Mine was just a regular post, but people were given such a cordial treatment -it was impressive!”
“This is by far my favorite post office. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making every visit a pleasant experience. There are rarely any lines, parking is easy and convenient, and packages are always scanned and trackable the very same day.

“Great service. There's hardly ever a line, and when there is- it moves quickly. The staff is quick and efficient and always have an answer for my ridiculous questions. I have certified mail that has to get mailed out often. Kevin is always helpful and double checks that I did it the way it was suppose to!”

In times like this where there's threat of privatizing postal services and we are blessed and fortunate to have our own neighborhood post office we should be grateful and realize that people working these jobs are entitled to an occaionsal bad day. They are overworked and underpaid like a lot of us.”
“Had the most wonderful experience despite my expectations! Our carrier recently started holding our mail because our box was not level. Totally understand!!!! I was finally able to make it in to let them know our boxed was fixed and was greeted by the most kind face and was able to quickly collect my accumulated mail and restart our service. Thank you!!!”

“Mixed reviews about this POST Office. My experience with the counter folks have been very positive and helpful. They take the time to explain the process and the different options for mailing packages and certified mail.
My residence is a bit rural so oftentimes I get a slip in the mailbox to pick up a package. They're always very prompt and courteous at counter. I know they sometimes deal with customers that are less than respectful.
Song has worked many years and exemplifies the professionalism as well.
