“Don't stay here expecting modern amenities. Do stay here if you want a glimpse of the past. We stayed in one of the Family Suites with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Room was clean and comfortable, but walls are thin. You will definitely hear your neighbors so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Exploring the ship was amazing. By staying at the hotel on the ship you can basically explore 24 hours a day if you're so inclined. My only negative is that vegetarian/vegan food choices among the various dining options are very limited.”

I also had the pleasure of being assisted by Rune, who was kind enough to drive me on an errand. He was incredibly accommodating and made the task completely stress-free.

“Great hotel for pre-cruise stay. Friendly staff, super walkable location, close to everything. Uber ride to the cruise port is about $30. Room clean, and good water pressure in shower. 7-11 is about a 10-minute walk, if you're seeking the nearest place to buy a 12-pack of Coke to bring aboard.”

“Just finished a nice long weekend getaway with the dog. We booked the Oceanview suite to take advantage of the spacious rooms and had a great time. There's a lot of neat little perks to this hotel. Extremely dog friendly Water station available all day Coffee available in the morning (complimentary) - I also saw some free pizza slices by the coffee bar Wine social hour (complimentary) S'mores kits to enjoy with their fire pits You can borrow items for the beach and also boards and bikes. Dog beds Vinyl records players with a library of vinyls ( the collection was okay had a lot of beach vibe type of albums ) + more Like this place thinks of everything. The stay was very pleasant and all the staff were very friendly to engage with. It's centrally located to the beach and pier along within walking distances of plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. I highly recommend this hotel if you're planning a beach getaway”

“I stayed at this hotel for a week and was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It's not fancy, but it had everything I needed—hot shower, decent Wi-Fi, and a good location close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was simple but fresh. For the price, it was definitely good value. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area. Just keep in mind like any hotel the prices for the pantry snacks & drinks are pricy per the convenience factor.”

“I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and one of the highlights was the incredible service provided by the front desk team.
I thought I had left my laptop charger in my room, so I called the hotel in a bit of a panic. The person who answered the phone was incredibly helpful and reassuring. She didn’t just take a message or promise a callback—she immediately checked with the housekeeping team to see if the charger had been found. When she learned that the room hadn’t been cleaned yet, she took the initiative to personally go up and check the room herself. Shortly after, she called me back to let me know that she wasn’t able to find it but that they would continue to keep an eye out and notify me if anything turned up.
It turns out my charger was in my luggage the whole time (oops!), but her effort and responsiveness made a lasting impression. She was genuinely eager to help and went above and beyond without hesitation. This is just one of several moments during my stay that showed how much the staff cares about their guests.
Kudos to the front desk team—you made my stay even more memorable!”

“I can never get enough of this great Hotel.
Everything here is great! Check in, rooms are always clean, laundry room, weight room, pool, bistro, lobby, hallways and even the elevators!
I checked in and there was a long line, employee Ms Mavis always stand out! She handled it with calm, smiles and just handled it with greatness!
Thank you Mavis and staff! We will always be coming back, and always will choose this hotel over any!

“I stayed here for business mid December. The property is located next to an outdoor mall with several food options, and a Wal-Mart. The hotel seems pretty outdated. The rooms appeared to be refreshed with carpet and paint on the wall. The bed was very comfortable. The hallways were pretty noisy even being at the end. A few commenters stated they thought the water pressure was very low, I disagree. It was very powerful and HOT! The outdoor hot tub was very nice to enjoy after a long day in the office. I did not try the pool. Two of the 3 nights I was here, there was a huge gathering in the conference room, which made parking difficult to find. On a side note, almost getting hit by a DeLorean in their parking lot was kinda...neat. I don't think I'd stay here again. I thought I was pretty centrally located for my office visits, but I wasn't. Be prepared for the $19 a day paid parking. You could easily park across the street or in the neighboring business area for free.”
