“The Pacific Inn is a very nice place to stay in a beautiful location. There are tons or restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance of the Inn. The beach is also within walking distance so we really enjoyed exploring the area.The amenities were nice, I loved the pool area. The breakfast was also always hot and very tasty. The gym left a bit to be desired but it had everything one needs to get a workout in.Some parts of the room did look a bit old or unfinished but for the most part it was very nice.I would absolutely stay here again!Nearby activities: The beach is very close by so we spent some time walking around the board walk. There is also a main street with so much to take in. There are tons of interesting shops as well as all different kinds of food. We never got board during our 5 day stay.Walkability: Everything is so close by the Inn. The beach being so close is a huge benefit. There are also lots of fun shops and restaurants just steps away from the Inn.”

“This is a nice little botique hotel with breakfast provided. The quality of the food served was a definite notch above the leading chains. Staff was more friendly than I normally find at hotels. They proactively check in with you over text messages, which was nice. Location is by a freeway, but there are a good selection of restaraunts within walking distance.”

“What a beautiful hotel located right next to Huntington Beach. This Hyatt Regency is very large, and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in one of the Huntington Suites and really enjoyed the room and views of the pool / ocean from our balcony. This hotel, which is not directly on the beach, has a bridge that connects you to the beach, which is a really cool feature. We definitely are going to spend more time at this property on our next stay in the area. This is one of the nicer hotels in Orange County.”

“Great location. Friendly staff. $16 nightly parking across the street isn't part of the property, so it has to be paid separately. In the room, things were pretty clean. Though our room's bathroom door had some scratch inside. The couch and TV location didn't appear very optimized.”

“We did the paranormal ship tour and our guide Paul (Uncle Paul) was amazing. He had history with the Grand Lady and not only told us about some of her amazing history along with that of some of her passengers. Paul guided us to many areas of the ship Including the infamous room B340, the Captains room and crew quarters, and many other areas closed off all the while getting both history and paranormal information. You can tell he has an amazing love for This beautiful lady and it's not hard to see why. I myself had the Experience of being touched by something that I can not explain. She is a beautiful ship and I beyond happy that she is being restored. We want to thank Paul for the experience we had and his wealth of knowledge! And much of the profits are out back into The Queen Mary restoring her beauty. I can't wait to return and see her again!”

“Came here with my boyfriend for 2 nights on business. Amazing experience. Loved the $60 breakfast voucher. Was a great benefit. Hunter at the front desk was amazing. Great staff all around. Food was very good. Rooms very nice and sound proof even on main level! great shower and bathroom space , loved the place overall. Locations was awesome. Right near all the fun bars . Record player and Bluetooth in the room were great. Will definitely be back soon!! Highly recommend for a trip to Huntington Beach.”

“Good welcome, very good breakfast with scrambled eggs and potatoes. The wifi signal is excellent. The room was very spacious and very well equipped with plenty of soaps, shampoo pods, moisturizer, conditioner and coffee pods. Everything was very clean, even the kitchen.All that's missing is to make it perfect: a place to put your soap in the shower, a bedside table and a lamp with sockets near the bed.”

“Booked in March 2023 for a December cruise. December cruise got canceled and had to reschedule to a different date in February 2024. Room price didn't get applied to new date and new date room rate was twice the amount. So I basically had to pay twice for one booking which was very frustrating. Aside from that, the room was nice and it was within walking distance to the cruise port.”

“Newer Fairfield Inn with great staff. The rooms are still showing the "newness" as are the amenities. The suite room is on the larger side with a living area that in ludes a sofa bed, two TVs, a desk space, coffee table, and the bedroom area w/ king bed and it's own TV. The two TVs was kind of excessive considering the close proximity of the sleeping area and adjacent living area. However, I appreciate the placement of the two TVs. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows are quite flat and offer little support. There was also a mini fridge, microwave, and small closet with iron+ironing board.As for the bathroom, the water pressure is excellent and one of the best I've experienced in Southern California. The one drawback is the shower stall leaking water onto the floor outside of the stall, at least in the room I was assigned to. The bathroom fan is also on a timer and shuts off fairly quickly which keeps the bathroom and entire suite quite humid.Sound insulation was great and rarely heard neighboring rooms. I was assigned to the top floor, end room though. The room does require a keycard inserted into a slot to activate the electricity in the room, a technique used in many European and Asian hotel rooms. Parking is complementary which is appreciated and rare in California; we had no problems finding a parking spot in the lot. The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops as well. They offer complementary breakfast but I wasn't able to try it during my stay. The fitness center has treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, mats, and medicine balls. There is also a very small soaking pool in the back of the property but didn't use it so not sure if it is heated.”

“Stayed here for three nights earlier this month with my husband and three year old daughter and we really enjoyed our stay.We checked in the first night of what ended up being a days-long torrential rain storm. The view of the ocean across the street was stunning and also awe inspiring as the weather was very intense. Would have been incredible during nicer weather for sure.The soundproofing was pretty amazing because you couldn’t hear the noise of the PCH until the balcony doors were openedThe king bed ocean view room we stayed in was one of the most beautiful rooms I’ve stayed in to date. It was very clean and well appointed plus super comfy for our family of three.We didn’t end up eating at the hotel as we were unfortunately deterred by the poor reviews of Cabo Wabo but we had no issues getting Uber Eats dropped off as needed.My three year old really wanted to go to the pool so we squeezed it in right before the rain really got wild (the pool was nice and warm but ooh boy the wind was freezing that day) and they shut it down. Yes we were the two crazy Canadians in the water lol. Pool was very nice and would also be amazing on a nicer day.Would absolutely like to return here again someday.”

The manager who clearly has a an issue with basic communication skills let alone lacks in basic customer service. She needs to be schooled on how to conduct herself as a decent human being, let alone a manger of a business.”

“This will seem strange, but I'm rating based on the structure of the hotel.We stayed on the 4th floor, top level, and when we walked through the room, the tables and everything shook. I've never encountered that and we just hoped the floor wouldn't collapse.The beds are not the typical Hampton comfortable.Other than that, the stay was fine. I felt the area was safe.”

“Stayed in September for 4 nights. Excellent Best Western. Stayed on the 2nd floor which we found certainly better than if we were on the 1st. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast we found to be very acceptable and replenished, did not feel rushed. The staff were Excellent and accommodating. The only note was parking the nights we stayed were sold out and if you are a night owl like us the parking was very full. Would definitely stay there again.”

Customer service is amazing and the rooms and the outside is very clean and will manicured. I'm in this place to anybody to stay. “Booked this hotel last minute and I'm glad I did. I needed a quick getaway from the LA area and on a whim.... decided to book a 2 night stay. I checked in somewhat late and was greeted by Daniela. She was amazing! She was very patient, informative, and knowledgeable of the area. She gave me great recommendations on restaurants and bars in the area and also recommend things to do during my brief stay (aerial tramway was dope). Traveling alone sometimes can be a little nerve wrecking, so being greeted with good positive energy really set the tone. Thank you Daniela .The room I stayed in was cool. The partition by the sink came off a couple times, but I just popped it back in. The sink water wasn't the clearest either and the water took forever to drain. Other than that... no major complaints lol. The jacuzzi in the room was very spacious and relaxing!I was too busy being a tourist that I didn't get a chance reap the benefits of the pool, but it looked like a lot of fun. The location was great too. I was able to walk to many restaurants, bars, and shops throughout downtown. I'd definitely be back here. Stay classy Palm Springs”

“Excellent service. Located downtown Long Beach. There’s plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Room is clean, it has a spacious desk area. Aveda products are offered. The bath towels and etc look like they’re brand new! The Metro station is right around the corner. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a large variety of foods and an omelet making station. Maria was extremely helpful! Rooftop pool is only on top of the 3rd floor, not actually on the rooftop like it was advertised. Head on down to the pool for a great time!! We were only there one night. So we didn’t have a lot of time to check everything out!!Nearby activities: Walk down to the pier or go shopping in the mall that is very close byWalkability: Plenty of shopping and restaurants easily within walking tests.”
