“I was assisted this morning by Debbie. She is the example of what genuine customer service is! Such a delightful personality and very informative. She took her time explaining how the Care Pass works and the benefits of having it. My shopping experience was a pleasant surprise that I didn't expect. Debbie demonstrated exactly what all Team Members should be trained and coached regarding Customer Service. I could visualize Debbie in an on-boarding training video! Kudos for the great hire! Great job Debbie!”

  2. Ralphs Pharmacy - 12470 Seal Beach Blvd

12470 Seal Beach Blvd, Seal Beach CA 90740

    4.1 Good 88 reviews

“What a spectacular pharmacy. I went to the CVS in the same parking lot and they were so rude and treated all customers like second class worthless people. I transferred my prescription to Ralphs and what a great experience. Assisted me with the meds and made sure I got them and very fast friendly. I will always recommend them over CVS. No drive through but I just go shopping and pic up my meds very convenient.”

    3.5 Good 98 reviews

“Donna, the pharmacist at this CVS, went above and beyond to help me find a coupon for a medication I have to fill every month. My insurance doesn’t cover the generic version, so it can be expensive, and she took the time to find a savings option that significantly lowered the cost. She was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. I’m always so grateful for the outstanding customer service I receive when going to this CVS. Thank you, Donna!”

“I lived in Seal Beach for 12 years and this CVS was my go to for prescriptions. Over a year ago, I moved to a close by city, but I continue to come back to this store to pick up my medicine. The pharmacy staff are so helpful and nice. The service at this location is great!”
