Just wanted to tell you guys that you have an employee by the name of Ben D. who was so helpful, kind, and gracious that It feels like UPS may have accidentally hired a Disney character. He made my visit easy, pleasant, and completely stress free. UPS should know they hired an outstanding human being. He is the kind of employee who makes you want to come back just because he restored your faith in humanity for a few minutes. He is exactly the kind of employee who makes a business stand out. “Wife and I bought a large print and she wanted me to make a frame for it. We brought our print here and explained what we wanted to do our own frame and have them mat it and plexiglass it. They said absolutely no problem and gave us dimensions to work with. I am a Measure-once-cut-twice kind of guy so I was a bit off on the specs, thinking they would bodyslam me and kick us to the curb when I brought the completed frame back. However, again they said no issue, and the final result they gave us back was the utmost in quality. We were stunned at the level of work they did.
I will for sure use them again in the future for framing work and you should too!”
