“As many reviews state, customer service here is excellent. Knowledgeable, helpful employees who value their customers. Love that they recycle used printer cartridges, batteries, even luggage! I got points on my Staples account for returning a cartridge as well. In general I only buy stuff on sale, though many educational items' regular prices are good. Any snacks and impulse items are overpriced. You're paying for the convenience. The store is also clean and parking spots are plenty in this strip mall.”

“Good almost full service, does not have passports photo service nor self service vending machines nor post office boxes available. It's a one person office, very small, but offers most normal services the majority of residents would normally use. Location prohibits the general public to use this post office, only available to residents inside of Leisure World Seal Beach California”

“A very nice post office, especially comparing to the post office in Los Alamitos. I have been living in the old town seal beach for over a decade, never had mail issues with carrier or post office. In fact, they remembered me with warm greetings, specifically Mark who's been there forever. Sometimes you can see him cruising on his bike around Main Street and he will definitely say hi to you. Strongly recommended Usps service from this location.”

“Great service! Was in there yesterday and was helped by the owner. If I remember correctly, his name is Jim. I had a package to mail and a box of papers to be shredded. The owner shredded my papers as I stood and watched. He's also a notary, which was good to find out. Very friendly and helpful service. Highly recommend!”

“We changed our PO Box from our local post office to the UPS store. While we work from home mostly we do get shipped packages for our job that we couldn't risk being stolen off of our porch. The parking is easy and always accessible. I adore Cole, Kevin, and Anthony and it's never a chore when I need to go up even multiple times a day to retrieve deliveries. Due to this convenience I tend to lean towards shipping items via UPS. This is also my go to spot for any Amazon returns. I have also used them for oversized printouts in the past. Such a gift to our community and I hope they never go away!”
