“I had a personal project I had huge doubts it could actually work. Making my photography business cards but in Trading Card Games style. I wish I could give this review 10 stars tbh.
Bill from the Fullerton location was the absolute most generous person I’ve ever worked with when it comes to customer service. Not only did he suggest, lead, and take this project as seriously as I did, but he gave me a free lesson of “Designing for Print vs. Digital.” If it wasn’t for this advice and words, this project would never have come to fruition and I learned so much from him.
Bill was so patient and amazing, I visited his shop 3-4 times right when they opened, and not once did I feel a sense of annoyance. I personally hesitate to go to stores right when they open because I don’t want to bother them, but bill was so kind and I cannot thank him enough. He even went out of his way to actually try and print the cards, even though he absolutely did not have to, because of the nature of the design of trading cards. I was prepared to hand cut them, but he did it anyway, called me to tell me it was successfully cut. All on cardstock too. He even gave me a sheet to look at all examples of cardstock styles.
I will absolutely be returning to this location for any prints and I recommend Fullerton Minuteman Press. The fact that Bill was able to print business cards in the form, design and size of a trading cards, despite all the technical complications this project had, I am forever grateful to him. And the price was SO reasonable for the amount of cards I printed. Thank you so much.”
“When it appeared that my yard signs wouldn't be up to their quality standards, as the source file I gave them was low-res, they contacted me right away with several options. The signs came out super quick and I had friendly, efficient customer service and communication from Izaak and the team despite being a small-order customer. I redommend them and will be back for orders small and large.”

“I went to pick up various office supplies, including printer paper on special for the 10 ream box with $150 minimum purchase for a limited time. Nice selection of printer toner in store. Staff helped me look for the exact one, then put the 10 ream box of paper in my cart while I looked for some other items. After ringing me up, another staff member loaded the 10 ream box into my car. Wonderful service!”
“I wanted to purchase a printer that was challenging to find in stock at most stores. I saw that this Fullerton Office Depot I could order it online but was using several gift cards and found it challenging. I called and Matt immediately answered he was professional and helpful and honest and detailed in his responses. We drove to Fullerton from Laguna and he continued helping us with the purchase at the register and even helped us out to our car after we also decided to buy an office chair! 5 stars all around for this guy, wish I could get this kind of service everywhere! Give this guy a promotion or raise he deserves it!”

“I have to say, with the new ownership, Ms. Sarah has completely transformed this store. Thanks to her, I was finally able to get a mailbox, and I really appreciate that the store is open every day. I can even check my mail on weekends.
I also have to give her credit for the passport photo. It actually came out great for once! With the addition of notary services, this place has truly become a one-stop shop for me.
