I was home all day waiting for my package to be delivered with signature required. I payed extra for it to be delivered quicker. They just put the "sorry we missed you" slip in my mailbox and didn't even try to knock on my door.

They need more self service stations. The employees are extremely slow! The worst part is that the employees are using the self service stations to ring up the customers instead of the regular counters.

the worst service! i had to get police involved for them to release my mail to me. and had to have one of their drivers looked at for as well. Your workers are just plain ass lazy. this place is the worst
