“I walked in to make a deposit since my debit card had been compromised that morning. I filled out my deposit slip, something I hadn’t done in many years ?, got in line and was approached by Kimberly. She asked if she could assist me in any way so I explained my situation. Then Kimberly became Queen of all that is mobile banking!! She showed me how to find the digital version of the new debit card that was being mailed to me and proceeded to show me how to add it to my Apple wallet.
