“Fast and reliable when cashing checks at this branch! Thanks everyone! Unfortunately cant say the same about Monterey or Carmel branches. Monterey put a hold on one of my checks for over 2 weeks before it cleared! It was over a little thousand too. Not too much! Carmel branch will not cash your checks unless u have amount to match the check amounts. Waste of time!”

“Nice and convenient US Bank located at the corner of Lighthouse and Forrest Ave. We used their ATM to get some cash and the architecture of the building was so cute. It had a Spanish colonial look like many of the buildings in Pacific Grove. Easy process.”

“I don't know how customer service could be any more friendly or courteous. Maybe it's easy to be so pleasant when your office overlooks the ocean. I've been in this branch twice since we moved here and the personnel are just nice! The building is very clean and new looking. The back parking lot conveniently joins the Trader Joe's parking lot -- in case you didn't know.”
