“Marina post office went out of their way to get me the proof that my package was delivered to a wrong address. It turned out to be the Ebay seller's fault. They put the wrong address on the mailing label either on purpose or whatever the reason. The seller ignored my emails/requests, but Ebay saw the evidences that I submitted and returned me the money. “I needed to get a passport for my son done as soon as possible for an international trip. We were lucky to find an appointment the next day coming all the way from Millbrae, CA. - it wasn't busy and we were taken care of immediately. The woman there took care of us exactly on our appointment time and took the passport photo of my toddler son. We were out and about 15 minutes tops!”
