“Great first Fleet Feet experience with Kasey, who listened to what I was used to and what I was seeking. Kasey presented three great options, I chose two, and I've never been happier with a shoe buying experience. I was expecting high prices but I feel the prices are in line with any other option regardless of location or online. Even the accessories were reasonable. The shopping environment was great, no loud music, no loud voices, friendly staff with no pressure. Will shop again.”

“Great dive shop with a great location. From the first phone call till we said our good byes, the staff where helpful and informative. I was fortunate to have Chris as a guide. He was easy going, informative and we had two great dives. Diving in Monterey with the sea lions, the otters and the giant kelp has been a dream of mine since I was a boy. This trip did not disappoint. The first dive we walked in from the beach by the pier and it was a great set up for the second dive. On the second dive, Hunter dropped Chris and I off at the end of the pier and before the bubbles cleared, we were swarmed by sea lions. It was amazing. Then it was a beautiful swim back to the beach, with an escort of sea lions.
I left grateful for the whole experience. I am still amazed at Chris’s perfect calculation of how much weight I needed. Didn’t need an adjustment at all. I hope to return soon.

“LB was phenomenal! My mom and I toured around the bay with LB, who was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and so welcoming. We got wet suits and life jackets included in our rental and got to see the kelp forests and sea lion haul-outs first hand. A pack of sea lions even said hi! Otters abounded, resting on kelp fronds, and the birdwatching was incredible. Thank you for a perfect day, LB!!”

“The lady who runs this shop is very friendly and doesn't discriminate on you being heavier.I had to order a custome suit because no store bought suit would fit a female of my stature.She told me right off the bat, she won't charge more just because I'm bigger, she said some places charge for the extra material, but she felt it was unfair for the person.I highly recommend her for a custom suit, or any alterations.”

He also recommended wrapping the grip and thankfully I agreed because it came out flawless. I will definitely return for my tennis needs. Although I didn’t take a real good look at his inventory, his shop seemed filled with clothes, shoes, racquets and more. He was even kind enough to throw in a couple free gifts. I was a bit skeptical at first because of the lack of reviews but like I said, we’ll definitely be returning for his services.”

“I tend to purchase James Perse clothing while traveling due to it’s practical and comfortable nature. I find that under packing allows for shopping at the destination. I found this comfortable, welcoming store and spent quite a bit of time looking around. Staff was friendly and informative. I found a fun collection of brands from which to choose and ended up selecting from their James Perse offerings. I was surprised to discover that this store is relatively new; it sure felt as if had been here in Carmel for years. I’ll certainly return when I next visit Carmel.Four years later:I stop by this store when visiting here annually. I usually find something for myself and a few pieces for my daughter because she is a smaller, more common, size. I find fun clothing that I don't see at stores near home and I'm pleased to be able to see and touch fabrics, avoiding the disappointment I've experienced when purchasing on line. I do not treasure being bombarded by overbearing sales staff and this place is comfortable, allowing me to explore while they answer questions regarding brand sizing. Among favorites items at this store are the Carbon brand tee shirts which, amazingly, are long enough for my 6'7" husband. Each visit we are able to purchase a couple new colors. The fabric is substantial and they wash well.”

“We skipped a few nearer places, and drove two hours to Seaside to the Golf Mart yesterday, for some putter work. What a great decision we made! Sean N. is so knowledgeable and skilled. Originally, we were just going to flatten the lie angle by one degree and install a grip. It was not a putter fitting session and they did not charge me a putter fitting fee. But Sean gave us a lot more help than the putter fitter professionals we have seen in the past. Over the years, I have accumulated a reasonable amount of knowledge on putting and putter fitting. I knew the advice we got from Sean are really good stuff, and it shows on the putting green today. Thank you Golf Mart! Thank you Sean!”
