“I was pretty amazed at the service and attention I received with everyone I had contact with at G&C Auto Body in Sebastopol, as well as how quickly I got my car back. My daughter had taken her car to their shop in Windsor a few years ago and said the same. I would recommend G&C to anyone needing damage repairs on their car. Note: they do not take cash nor accept checks, debit cards are preferred. (A fee is added for credit card payments.)”

“I hit a deer on Memorial Day wknd and a friend recommended this company. My experience was immediately positive as Tony looked over the damage (significant) and gave me an estimate with price options which allowed me to have some other work done from a previous mishap. The work was top shelf all around the car.It was delivered a day early than promised with NO surprises.Nice people/great work. Go to them anytime I need this kind of repair. Recommended.”

“I never write reviews, but this place took such amazing care of me I feel the need to share the love. My car was hit while parked twice within a couple months, both times without a note. The first time it just left some red paint marks on the back bumper but the second time did a lil number to my trunk lid so I brought it in to have that fixed. All the staff at Randy Hansen Auto Body were always honest about price adjustments and made sure to get my approval for any changes along the way and tried their best to keep my out-of-pocket expenses within reason, I mean truly tried.. The work they did was impeccable, can't even tell that anything ever happened. Not only that, but when I got home I noticed they buffed out the red paint marks on my back bumper and didn't even mention it to me when I picked up the car!! And washed and vacuumed my car?? I don't know, man... Real people who actually treat you like a human being. It was refreshing. Thank you guys!”

“I have been enjoying adventures in my converted Metris cargo van since 2018. GTRV converted it into a pop-top camper with all the comforts I need. I just completed an upgrade to my electrical system. They did an excellent job and shuttled me to motel! Joseph has communicated helpfully along the way. Mark was even available when I had an issue on a camping trip and was able to fix it on my way home. I get many curious people surprised at how convenient my camper is inside and frequently recommend GTRV.”

“Late on a Friday afternoon I brought in a power steering hose off a tractor and was hoping for the best. The woman behind the counter looked at it and said they probably have the fittings, but I was about number ten in line and it would be ready sometime next week.. Not good, no tractor all weekend and the traffic from Novato is horrible. I explained my situation and asked if there was a way to make it work. About 10 minutes later I left with the new hose and O-ring. It worked great and Rochel and Joe are the best at real customer service!! Thank you”
