“After trying out several storage facilities locally, I’ve come to realize this one is set apart. There are many reasons for this, but one major contributor to why I appreciate this location so much is the store manager, Nick. He has excellent customer service skills and goes above and beyond to provide great service. My wife also has a unit here and has experienced the same level of professionalism. This location also has a live in staff- which amplifies security and deters potential issues well. It has always been clean, and I’ve been impressed with the grounds each time I visit. If you’re torn, take it from someone who has used or vetted multiple different storage companies in the area- this is the hidden gem of Santa Rosa.”

“I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I genuinely couldn’t let this one pass by without expressing my gratitude. I had to arrange storage during a very overwhelming and transitional moment in my life - the kind of moment where even small tasks can feel heavy. From the moment I walked into the ExtraSpace Storage office, I felt immediately more at ease thanks to Mark.
The office itself was immaculately clean and cool (a blessing on a warm day), and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Mark greeted me with genuine kindness and professionalism. He was patient, thorough, and incredibly helpful without ever being pushy or rushed. He explained everything clearly, answered every question I had (even the small ones), and made sure I was completely comfortable with the entire process.
It may have just been another workday for him, but for me, it meant everything to be treated with dignity and warmth at a time when my plate was overflowing. He turned what could have been a stressful task into something refreshingly simple and smooth - and I walked out of there not just with a storage unit, but with a real sense of relief.
If you’re looking for a clean, secure storage facility and to be helped by someone who actually cares, this is the place. Mark, thank you for being such a kind human and for helping me when I needed it most.
I hope that whoever is in charge (if that isn’t Mark and I sure hope it is!) sees this and knows that they are lucky to have someone interacting with the tenants of these units.

“Fair prices. Although the gates are locked, the building doors are often open during the day. I liked this location and the place seemed adequate but I terminated my lease when a rat into my unit and right my feet. This is probably very common at many places, I just no longer really wanted to have a storage unit and had been looking for an excuse to leave I think.”

“I saw a piano that a wonderful lady was giving away. It meant so much to her at her old age to give it to someone who would love and appreciate it as she did as a young girl. It was set on my heart to get this for my son as classical music plays such an important role in shaping my life and hopefully also my son. I could not find anyone who would move the piano for under 1000.00. It just cost too much that I thought I would have to give this one up. I almost cried when I called Aladdin movers as I explained my situation as a single mom and just asking for anyone who would who would do a special donation of moving this piano for free. This truly was and is a blessing. Christmas was right around the corner and I was able to have family over playing the piano and singing and enjoying this instrument all thanks to this man's big heart, the owner and his professional and kind movers. I only apologize that I could not post this review earlier. It's been a joy playing in the morning and evenings! My son says thank you!!!”

“I have had a storage unit at Redwood Self Storage for almost a decade. It is a clean, easily accessible place and close to freeway access. I have never had any issues at the unit and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Mike has been the best. Always a friendly smile and lets you use the bathroom if needed. Sometimes he'll even open the gate for you as you leave. Thank you, Mike!”

“I've stored my valuables with Pacific Mini Storage since 2019. Cheryl has always been a most attentive and excellent manager there. The security is great, and the units and grounds are kept clean. She has always been available to give me friendly and helpful service and is super vigilant as to what goes on. The prices are fair, and the units are easily accessible for loading and unloading.
I feel my storage is very safe and secure under her care.”

“I used this storage to store all my belongings from my apartment for 1 year. The owners are really friendly and helped me choose an appropriate size when I was in between two different ones. Loved the security of the site and how clean the units were. I had my clothes in storage bins, but all my kitchenware in boxes and everything was intact when I moved into my new apartment 1 year later. I had a unit that was inside a corridor with a few other units and my storage was always super clean. Would definitely recommend Storage Master Self Storage!”
