“I think I've found my new favorite store. I love access to professional kitchen ware and finding restaurant quality ingredients... this place has both. It's nothing like a normal grocery store. My Girlfriend has a couple of food allergies and this place will make my task of safely feeding her much easier. And that's why I'm really looking forward to going again soon.”

“Matt's is my go-to spot for appliances for the following reasons - 1) Matt's prices cannot be beat 2) Matt is incredibly knowledgeable - He takes the time to answer questions and provide education so you know exactly what you're getting 3) Matt held the built-in fridge I purchased while my contractor got back on schedule 4) Matt made pick-up an absolute breeze Yelp is all about supporting locally owned businesses and I cannot think of a better biz to support than Matt's. Absolutely fantastic product, pricing, and service. Can't imagine ever going back to big box retailers after this experience, thank you!”

Parts are always in when he says they will be and if there is an issue he will let you know right away. They have the best person running the Santa Rosa shop for companies that need a go to place to get HVAC products. Thanks Donnie for making our ability to help our customer a breeze”
“These guys have everything! There's no other wholesale supply in Santa Rosa with prices as low as theirs. They even have plenty of items that are available to the public like health and beauty products, chevron motor oils, batteries, and a lot more. Ask the owner if they have what you need- he'll even special order in some cases!”

“Service is service. Sales is sales. While we had a minor check out issue that was resolved quickly I saw above and beyond by Beatrice. I had to look at her name tag as she passed me because what I saw her do made me wonder what Costco is teaching people. Few would walk across a parking lot with a customer in need just to make sure they were okay with a heavy load. Sound silly? It's 2023. When is the last time someone outside of a restaurant made an impression. They could improve the pre scan at checkout by counting the items before they scan them though. Just sayin'...”

“Managed to have a tire failure from a pot hole on our way home and didn't want to push things on the donut. Stopped at the RP Costco. I also had some concerns about any damage to the wheel, itself. Will at the tire desk was terrific. He understood our situation, checked the wheel but, unfortunately, did not have the tire size we needed. He checked the Novato store for us which was on our way and they had it. They have a lot of bays and Costco is fortunate to have Will managing things. Highly recommend this location. “I went stone hunting in a handful of shops in Sebastopol while vacationing there. Treasure Crystals is easily my favorite. They have a huge variety of raw stones - exactly what I wanted. But don't worry, they have tumbled stones too. They have a sister store in The Barlow downtown which is nice, but this location has a MUCH larger variety, and even more in boxes above the shelves.The employee working there was very knowledgeable about their stock and was able to tell me exactly where to find what I was looking for, or if they didn't have it in stock.A+++ all around. Don't sleep on this place”
