“Due to the travel restrictions in my country with the hurricane thats traveling I am unable to travel. I tried the bot system but I lost connection and decided to call instead I received assistance from Mariana. She was very soft spoken, clear and calm. Mariana was very understanding and attentive and assisted me with making a new reservations very fast and accurate. She explained every step and ensured everything was completed properly. “Cannot recommend this collision center enough. They gave me an excellent price and never tried to tack on random charges or upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. They were super transparent the whole process — they explained exactly what they were doing, why it needed to be done, and even showed me everything so I understood what was going on with my car.
As a younger driver out in LA, it can honestly feel intimidating dealing with car stuff sometimes, but they treated me with a lot of respect and patience. I never felt taken advantage of or brushed off. Great customer service, honest work, and overall just really good people. Definitely would recommend.”
“Having auto body work is sometimes not the most fun experience. However HADD has always made the process so much better. This is my third time working with them and one thing I can say is this man is consistent. Excellent communication, attention to detail, very easy to work with and pricing that actually makes sense. I would highly recommend HADD to friends, family members and of course he’s my first choice for future needs.
I added two photos, before and after of the minor damage sustained from a hit & run on my vehicle when parked. In two days, the dent is removed, paint color matched and clear coated. Just from our communications I can tell that he’s ensuring quality at every step.

She is incredible and I want to make sure her leadership knows it. She brings the same level of excellence and energy to all she does. Additionally, and I forget his name but he’s a taller gentleman who is a manager, his customer service is unparalleled.”
“The check-in process in Burbank was easy. The agent was friendly and knowledgeable. She had us set to go in almost no time! The car was beautiful, clean, and smelled brand new. It drove very comfortably, and we were happy with it. Returning the car at the airport was even easier! My mom required a wheelchair between the plane and the Alamo office, due to a bad back. On arrival, an airline employee had to wheel her the entire way, which was a LONG distance! However, when we were returning the car, Reuben checked us in and got someone from Alamo to drive us back to the terminal, where we got a wheelchair. It was SO helpful and definitely appreciated! I don’t remember the name of the young lady who drove us, but she was also cheerful and helpful! Our overall experience with Alamo was wonderful!”

“We rented a car in the month of April and our experience was superlative. Primarily, our rental consisted on a Toyota SUV which, due to the lack of it, was upgraded to a BMW X1 without any additional cost. During the whole process we were assisted by Gerrell, who was not only extremely attentive but also very considerate upon all our requests, having to mention also he seemed a very kind person himself. The whole of the staff was really supportive and, although Gerrell conducted most of it, helped to solve our overall doubts and needs. All in all, I would rank this experience a 10, given that we also had no inoconvenients with the car during our 3 week roadtrip.”

“Had a great 1st time rental experience with this location. The staff were all very kind and helpful in the process, which was quick and efficient. The 2025 Jetta we selected was clean, sporty, and had decent gas mileage. There were no surprise fees or any issues I had w the vehicle other than it telling me it needs an oil change. Will definitely rent with enterprise again in the future!”
