“Cannot recommend this collision center enough. They gave me an excellent price and never tried to tack on random charges or upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. They were super transparent the whole process — they explained exactly what they were doing, why it needed to be done, and even showed me everything so I understood what was going on with my car. As a younger driver out in LA, it can honestly feel intimidating dealing with car stuff sometimes, but they treated me with a lot of respect and patience. I never felt taken advantage of or brushed off. Great customer service, honest work, and overall just really good people. Definitely would recommend.”

“We rented a car in the month of April and our experience was superlative. Primarily, our rental consisted on a Toyota SUV which, due to the lack of it, was upgraded to a BMW X1 without any additional cost. During the whole process we were assisted by Gerrell, who was not only extremely attentive but also very considerate upon all our requests, having to mention also he seemed a very kind person himself. The whole of the staff was really supportive and, although Gerrell conducted most of it, helped to solve our overall doubts and needs. All in all, I would rank this experience a 10, given that we also had no inoconvenients with the car during our 3 week roadtrip.”

“I had a wonderful experience renting a car from George! From the very beginning, the service was outstanding. George incredibly kind, professional, responsive, and punctual, making the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. What impressed me the most was their honesty, generosity, and genuine willingness to help. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and I truly appreciated their fair pricing and excellent customer service. It’s rare to find someone who is not only reliable and responsible but also genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend to rent from George to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and pleasant car rental experience. Thank you again for your kindness and exceptional service!”

“5 stars. If you been here you know what's up.. But if not there are 4 departments here. Security Booth will help you with your parking and returning your vehicle. Main Truck Rental building (with bathrooms) don't forget to bring your ID as you'll be signing contracts and they'll be making a copy of it. Job name and company will make the process smoother. Expendables will be the ones signing out extras on the truck/van (rachet straps, furniture pads, sandbags, etc), and lastly the friends who check the vehicle out to you. They will be giving you your add ons from expendables and photographing your vehicle. Arrive Early, Drive Safe and don't be an A-Hole just because you having a bad day. You are blessed and working in LA when a lot of us in the Industry aren't. Peace be with you ✌🌞”
