Foot Locker offers a wide range of basketball shoes, Air Jordan's, and other athletic apparel such as pants, socks, sweaters, and hats. The store has many workers, all wearing referee clothing, who are ready to help customers. Many shoppers praise the friendly staff and the helpfulness when a shoe tears or needs an exchange. Customers who have had negative experiences at Finish Line find the Foot Locker staff accommodating and patient. Some note that the selection of women's shoes is small compared with men's and kid's options, which has caused frustration. Overall, customers appreciate the easy access to new Nike sport shoes and the quick service when looking for specific items like the NB New Balance 550. Foot Locker remains a preferred choice for those who value friendly service and a broad selection of basketball footwear.
My spot when I want to go get some nice shoes. And they always have specials, so it's always wonderful to go to this Foot Locker because I can get me or my family great shoes for affordable prices.
