“A recent change to Medicare billing and pricing made for a very complicated situation for filling of a prescription which normally would have been straightforward to fill under prior Medicare provisions/coverages. The pharmacist (TEK) and pharmacy tech assistant (AMY) worked diligently for several days to ensure that the prescription was completed and filled under the new Medicare provisions ultimately resulting in a no out-of-pocket expense for me. Under prior provisions, this prescription would have cost thousands of dollars annually. They kept me informed as this process continued and were very supportive and helpful during this time. They did a great job and I thank them for all their help and support!”

Romeo is such a classy and gracious young gentleman, he always remembers my Mom's birthdate when I need to ask for her refills. He truly cares about helping people. Zhanna is another kindhearted and caring pharmacy technician who has a patient's best interests at heart. Olga is also all about patient care and her diligence is impressive: when I call for a refill for my Mom, Olga then suggests other meds that will soon need to be refilled. Such professionalism and grace! Everyone here is so friendly and compassionate: consider yourself fortunate and blessed to be a customer here. :-)”

“Narges and Armen went out of their way. The world of Insurance and medicine has become bureaucratic and problematic. And at a qqtime when people can’t afford basic stuff, these two went out of their way to help me along just one more month. And for Narges maybe it was just Her trying a couple of clicky clack things on her computer, but for me, it meant a lot. Some angels do fly at night As I went in at about 10 pm.

“Phenomenal. I was filling with Walgreens for the past 8 years because that's where I started going when I moved to LA. A few days before I had to leave for a trip my prescriptions needed to be refilled and I contacted Walgreens and they said they no longer contract with my insurance, so I had to scramble last minute to get my prescriptions. I called Capitol and they immediately handled it, they transferred all of my information over, my insurance, everything, and then contacted me and had it all ready in the same exact day. You will never get this level of customer service anywhere else. If you can fill here, it's absolutely worth it. A day that started with something negative ended up being a blessing. I'm so happy to be a customer here now!”
