I live in Florida and wanted to send a box of balloons to my granddaughter who was turning 10 in California.I was trying to have it that the balloons would pop out when she would open up the present. “First time visit, and blown away! So delighted I found this place. This is literally the go-to place if you are looking for the highest quality cannabis products at the most reasonable prices — the lowest prices in the valley, imho, and I shop around. The store has a really nice, warm, relaxed and friendly, zen vibe the moment you walk in — easy to read menus and uncluttered displays. The service there is superb too. They are very friendly and helpful — and extremely knowledgeable. These guys know their stuff. They are also generous with the free gifts. Many places I have visited are not so generous. You definitely get a lot more for your dollar here. I got the Ganjeez pre-rolls in the Hybrid Black Orchid, and it is total fire. The kind of quality that will last a long time. They also carry my favorite brand of flower, the CBX, and their vape selection is really nice too. I got the Micro Greenz, which also had a healthy CBD and THC content. They carry a solid variety — from great flower, waxes, vapes, edibles, and drinks. They simply have a higher quality selection here. The store is very convenient to get to with ample parking. They are right off the Ventura Blvd exit near Sepulveda, next to the Marriott — in the same store mall next to 7/11 in a very safe area. I would highly recommend. Best find in the valley. Consider me a new regular!”

“A recent change to Medicare billing and pricing made for a very complicated situation for filling of a prescription which normally would have been straightforward to fill under prior Medicare provisions/coverages. The pharmacist (TEK) and pharmacy tech assistant (AMY) worked diligently for several days to ensure that the prescription was completed and filled under the new Medicare provisions ultimately resulting in a no out-of-pocket expense for me. Under prior provisions, this prescription would have cost thousands of dollars annually. They kept me informed as this process continued and were very supportive and helpful during this time. They did a great job and I thank them for all their help and support!”
“It's been so nice since they revamped it a few years back. Fanciest Ralph's I've ever been to. Inflation has hit every industry, but especially the grocery business - so I can't really hold the recent price hike against this store personally (though Kroger's profits have been higher than expected this year, and they choose to pocket them and not to pass those savings into the customers)Plus they do car pickup, where they bring your groceries out to your car, which is a boon for anyone with young children or who take care of elderly or if someone can't afford the health risk of being in public. The team that does the car delivery are truly amazing. They're constantly moving/shopping throughout the store, juggling frozen/hot/food/produce for dozens of customers... and yet they almost never make a mistake (and if they do, they compensate you for it immediately). They're all so nice, and friendly, and have a really tough job, but make it completely painless for the customer. On the very rare occasion that they weren't able to get my order on time (like if somebody called in sick), they've called me to let me know they needed a little extra time and then called to let me know when my order was ready.”
“This CVS is the closest to me and the staff is always very friendly, helpful and polite. Specially Judith. Today she went above and beyond to help me and was super patient with me when I had questions about a few items I purchased. There was a guest that was acting very rudely towards Judith and she handled the situation perfectly, she stayed calm and said in a respectful manner that if he didn’t stop yelling at her he needed to leave the store. Said guy kept on shouting at her and she remained composed and professional helping customers. Sometimes we don’t think what store staff deal with and I am appreciative of her for keeping a positive attitude regardless of going through difficult situations.”

Romeo is such a classy and gracious young gentleman, he always remembers my Mom's birthdate when I need to ask for her refills. He truly cares about helping people. Zhanna is another kindhearted and caring pharmacy technician who has a patient's best interests at heart. Olga is also all about patient care and her diligence is impressive: when I call for a refill for my Mom, Olga then suggests other meds that will soon need to be refilled. “This review has nothing to do with the pharmacy section, as I haven't used that since the 00s. I stopped in here for a passport photo, and the process was fairly quick...thanks, Esmeralda...and according to their fancy Kodak Biometric system, it should be accepted by the appropriate passport agency. Normally $17 (yikes!), but with ExtraCare discount and CarePass, it was under $5 all in. Other than that, I've been going to this location since it was a Sav-On, then Osco, it is definitely one of the larger CVS stores around.”
Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
