“A recent change to Medicare billing and pricing made for a very complicated situation for filling of a prescription which normally would have been straightforward to fill under prior Medicare provisions/coverages. The pharmacist (TEK) and pharmacy tech assistant (AMY) worked diligently for several days to ensure that the prescription was completed and filled under the new Medicare provisions ultimately resulting in a no out-of-pocket expense for me. Under prior provisions, this prescription would have cost thousands of dollars annually. They kept me informed as this process continued and were very supportive and helpful during this time. They did a great job and I thank them for all their help and support!”
“This CVS is the closest to me and the staff is always very friendly, helpful and polite. Specially Judith. Today she went above and beyond to help me and was super patient with me when I had questions about a few items I purchased.
There was a guest that was acting very rudely towards Judith and she handled the situation perfectly, she stayed calm and said in a respectful manner that if he didn’t stop yelling at her he needed to leave the store. Said guy kept on shouting at her and she remained composed and professional helping customers.
Sometimes we don’t think what store staff deal with and I am appreciative of her for keeping a positive attitude regardless of going through difficult situations.”

Romeo is such a classy and gracious young gentleman, he always remembers my Mom's birthdate when I need to ask for her refills. He truly cares about helping people. Zhanna is another kindhearted and caring pharmacy technician who has a patient's best interests at heart. Olga is also all about patient care and her diligence is impressive: when I call for a refill for my Mom, Olga then suggests other meds that will soon need to be refilled. Such professionalism and grace! Everyone here is so friendly and compassionate: consider yourself fortunate and blessed to be a customer here. :-)”

“It's been so nice since they revamped it a few years back. Fanciest Ralph's I've ever been to. Inflation has hit every industry, but especially the grocery business - so I can't really hold the recent price hike against this store personally (though Kroger's profits have been higher than expected this year, and they choose to pocket them and not to pass those savings into the customers)Plus they do car pickup, where they bring your groceries out to your car, which is a boon for anyone with young children or who take care of elderly or if someone can't afford the health risk of being in public. The team that does the car delivery are truly amazing. They're constantly moving/shopping throughout the store, juggling frozen/hot/food/produce for dozens of customers... and yet they almost never make a mistake (and if they do, they compensate you for it immediately). They're all so nice, and friendly, and have a really tough job, but make it completely painless for the customer. On the very rare occasion that they weren't able to get my order on time (like if somebody called in sick), they've called me to let me know they needed a little extra time and then called to let me know when my order was ready.”
