Superb customer service by Greg on the 3rd floor Home/Kitchen Department! I had to exchange my defective Tumi luggage, and he went above and beyond to ensure I get my replacement on time. Wholeheartedly appreciate him, his professionalism & kindness!

We are giving them 5 stars because of Renda Mesbahi in the men's department. She was very helpful and went out of her way to help us find a Reis shirt. Great customer service.
