“I haven’t dropped off my truck yet. I got side swiped on the way to work on a hit and run and almost lost control of my truck. I have never been in an accident. I filled out one thing online to see if I could have my deductible comped and George called right when he got into work and told me it will be covered. They also do rental cars if my wife can’t pick me up. So far, they have taken so much of the stress off my plate and I can continue to finish work for the day. They already have a rental waiting for me! Couldn’t be happier so far. I never expect a body shop to make me feel so relaxed after an accident. “I have two separate experiences with Young’s Auto Repair that were very positive and for so long I drive in Los Angeles I will go to him and recommend Young’s Auto Repair for fixing and what not.
Experience one: my car had a service error that said that gas fumes were leaking from my gas tank. A smog issue. I had initially went to a different auto repair that with their smog diagnostic tool said they’d need my car for over night and it would cost 200+ but they didn’t have space and to come back.
I went to Young’s Auto Repair where John assessed the situation and said I need not any sort of fixing and that the smog issue was most likely from not screwing on my gas cap on tight enough. This was all within five minutes. Although the other mechanic may have come to this conclusion upon further examination, his failure to do so initially makes him inferior to Young’s Auto Repair.
The second is more recent. My splash guard was bent and scratching the floor when I was braking. I initially just wanted to get that clipped back onto my car but John said I needed to also replace my brakes and rotors (I haven’t touched my brakes in 100k miles ?) so I knew there was no upselling involved. He did all three services in a professional and timely manner and I was able to go to work after. He also recommended I order my own parts for some other issues I had and to come back in to get them fixed.
Overall each experience I have had has been very positive and has someone who is not car experienced it’s a relief to go somewhere where I am not getting scammed. There is integrity I can sense in John.”

“Perfect towing and repair in a tight situation. I applaud these guys for being the only responsive and responsible towing service that was able to swoop in like war heroes after a side swipe hit my front axle on a busy highway. Careless driver, she wasn’t all good in the head.
After the tow, very friendly guy, they offered to either store my car, tow it to the Tesla shop, or repair it there the old fashioned way with insurance involved and all. I chose to repair and was pleasantly treated with respect and courtesy.
Their own rental car that wasn’t much and insurance with their own adjusters. It was more easy going and simple than the corporate option. The car mechanic was sought after, a classic race mechanic from back in the day who had a serious passion for cars.
It took awhile for being an axle snap, but they surprisingly fixed it up so well that it’s better than ever before. Faster and more agile, corporate would have probably scrapped it and I know it. They had serious know how and ease of mind with taking their time and letting me know it was all going to be alright. Checking up throughout very open and honest.
I appreciate their family run atmosphere and quality craftsmanship. You can’t find that many places anymore. The towing cost was little to none as was the repair with insurance. I am thankful for finding these guys as they will become my go to for any future accidents or issues on the road.
Applaud them for running a classic no frills or hidden fees shop in the heart of Los Angeles with all of the others running games or salvaging for parts. They were honest and turned my Tesla into a little racer that I was proud and protective of again.
Having jealous people who plot on me or want to damage my belongings, it wasn’t fun. They took serious pride and efforts to be translucent respectful and straight forward. For that 10/10 you don’t find quality business like that anymore. I am thankful for the opportunity to know about them.
May they be blessed, protection on the road in my rental for the time being. I know they were looking out for me. I know they were some of the few good people. Drives like 007 on the road hands free again. The sensors weren’t even good beforehand. Worked in cohesion with Tesla as well.”

“Came here on Sunday morning after suffering a blowout on the fwy last night (09/14/24). I have always seen this shop because it is close to my home and was happy to see that they were open. After safely getting my vehicle to shop, I met with Ramon and he was a lifesaver. He assessed the situation was able to find a matching tire. Then after some troubleshooting he got my shredded tire/rubber off the wheel which isn’t easy if the tire is not still intact. Long story short he got me back on the road in no time.
