“Melissa is a very knowledgeable banker, I came last sunday to pull out a loan, she updated me on my income to debt ratio, my FICO score, and how the payments for my debt are split into two (interest and the actually loan) I never knew that, which I appreciated very much. Today I came in to open a checking account with Kimberly another excellent banker, she was also very informative and genuine. She let me know all the benefits of my new account, which was very helpful. Also asking if it was okay to follow up in 10 business days as well as a 3 month follow up. Their service speaks for itself, and it's not just like they're just here to open accounts or give out loans, they really care about what they're doing for the customer. Thanks Melissa and Kimberly.”

Jessica called me back within the hour to set up the appointment for the next day. I came in the following day and was greeted by Jessica who told me Enedelia would be helping me out. She was very helpful and personable. This branch is much more in tune with their clients and other local branches I have visited.”
