They also have great quality printing services for banners, clothing, and more.What really impressed me was their shipping experience. They've got all your shipping needs covered, and the staff is so helpful. I shipped an oversized package, and it was a breeze – quick and efficient!The grand opening event was a blast, too. They had prepared free food and drinks, giveaways, and the staff was so friendly. If you're in need of mailbox, printing, or shipping services, definitely check them out.”

I have only seen this detail in shipping framed prints with international, speciality shippers that charge a lot more. I'd say Post Pack & Ship is a great value if you care about your items arriving in great condition.”

“I went to this UPS store for one of my returns purchased from Amazon. It was a foldable foam mattress I bought, but we found the firmness did not fit our need. If you bought a mattress before you probably know that it came in a very small package with all air sucked out. But after we opened the package, the mattress gets back to regular size and there is absolutely no way we can put it back into its original packaging.So I brought the entire folded mattress to the store and have them scan the Amazon return code. They asked me if this is the original packaging because it is quite huge. I told them there is no way I can fit it back in because it came really really small. They took a look at inside and was initially hesitate to take it. But eventually took it anyway. Thank you and I am sorry if it caused you guys more issues down the road. Thank you!”

This is my first time to go to this UPS store. I used to go to the one closest to my home, but because I haven’t been there for a long time, I don’t know that their attitude towards Amazon returns has changed. All the recent comments are There were bad reviews, so I didn't dare to take the risk, so I came to this one (it's quite far away). Because the one I went to before closed at 7:30, so when I found this one on Google Maps, I thought it also closed at 7:30. In fact, it closed at 7:00. When I got there, it was already too late. For about two or three minutes, Ed was helping a customer copy something. He told me in a nice manner that they were closed. I was surprised and asked him if it wasn't half past seven, and then asked him if he could help me this time. , scan two return codes for me, because it’s the last day. Because other staff members were also busy, Ed still told me in a good manner to let me wait. Then when the other two staff members finished helping others, it seemed that they communicated through the distance, and I returned the favor. When I didn't respond, Ed asked me to go over to the counter and someone would help me, and then David helped me! David was also very kind and helped me scan the two return codes, and told me that I should thank Ed more, haha. The people are very nice and have a very good attitude. I am really grateful to Ed and David. I have no regrets and luckily I chose this UPS!”

Hard to find good help these days. And TBH, I hate mailing things- just hate it. Huge stigma attached to mailing, but when I think of taking stuff here the stress is gone.
