We work in construction, we are constantly sliding things in and out of the truck and the liner has not gotten damaged. We recommend you come here for a rhino liner. “I wanted to buy some good shocks for my car, specifically the Tokico brand because I've heard good things. While looking at the list of dealers on Tokico's website, I see Automotive Express right here in Signal Hill and they're just over a mile away. Sweet! I call the number, Steve answers and I explain what I'm looking for. He confirms the part numbers and place the order over the phone. 3 days later they call to say my shocks have arrived, all I had to do was pick them up. How easy is that? Automotive express is not your regular "auto parts store" like Pep Boys, Auto Zone, etc, you can't just walk in to pick up stuff for a tune up or oil change. They focus on aftermarket performance parts and mostly suspension related components. So.... if you are looking for aftermarket, performance suspension bits to firm up the ride, or make your car carve up those canyons better, Automotive Express is a good place to start.”

“I have owned various Mercedes-Benz vehicles for over the last 20 years, S-Class, C-Class, but I have found no help from my local dealer in obtaining parts for a great car I'm keeping for my kids to use when they reach driving age.Then after being told my dealer could not obtain the parts for my 2002 C-320 and to search for after-market parts to see if I could find some similar parts that way, I luckily happened upon Mr. Ebert Vela at Long Beach Mercedes-Benz!Not only was Mr. Vela able to locate OEM parts for my Mercedes-Benz that my dealer said were no longer made and/or available, but, he did so bending over backwards to correct my requested parts with the revised OEM part numbers, following-up by e-mail and phone to confirm my receipt of information and offering alternatives, and suggesting items I might need and not need for my parts installation and replacement, ultimately trying to save me money in the process.In today's day of millennial self-centeredness, woke culture, and take-it-or-leave-it attitude, finding someone like Mr. Ebert Vela who actually knows what customer service means and provides it to his customers is a rarity and a breath of fresh air to find still existing in this world today!Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach is lucky to have him.
