The dealer had previously looked at it and recommended a repair of over $1000 due to the intensive labor of replacing a piece that interacts with the window. Scott assessed it, determined the piece did not look broken, and was able to fix it on the spot! I would definitely come back here for a bigger repair. Super nice folks and great troubleshooting!”

“CJC installed the Cali Super Duty Backcountry 2.0 and Full Travel Bags on my 2017 F350. I would highly recommend these guys. You drop off your rig in the morning and come back in the afternoon to pick it up. All the staff is knowledgeable about what springs to get and what tire rim combo will rub with their systems. My truck is no longer a rolling freight train and towing my 38' 5th wheel is much improved. Check out their YouTube channel for an in depth look about the products they offer.”

I brought in my 2018 Acura ILX for a damaged front bumper, and it came out looking good as new in a timely manner. From start to finish, the service was truly immaculate.
Francisco and the team were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Since this was my first time going through an insurance claim, I really appreciated Luis taking the time to guide me through the entire process. He carefully reviewed the insurance estimate with me, explained the pricing, and even worked directly with the insurance company—which made a huge difference.
They made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. The turnaround time was great, and the quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations.

“I am so beyond pleased with Galaxy Auto Haus!
Last year, my car had a slight disagreement with a brick wall… which left some pretty significant damage to the entire front end. I was honestly expecting a stressful, expensive process, but Galaxy Auto Haus completely changed that experience.
They took the time to actually walk me through pricing by showing me options online instead of just throwing out random numbers or going off past estimates. The transparency alone was a huge green flag.
What really stood out was their problem-solving. Other shops told me the entire car would need to be repainted because of the specific diamond blue color, which sounded like a nightmare in both cost and time. But Galaxy Auto Haus found parts already coated in the exact paint match — saving me both time and money. That level of effort and attention to detail is rare.
They also offered alternatives when issues came up, including some no-cost options (y’all seriously rocked for that).
And I have to talk about the front desk/customer service ICON everyone mentions in the reviews — because wow, it’s all true ? She is beyond personable, incredibly helpful, and communicates so well. She even sent photo updates throughout the process, which made me feel so reassured. Honestly, she’s probably bringing in half the business herself and deserves a raise. She is seriously an amazing asset.
Overall, this was such a smooth, positive experience. I’ll absolutely be referring everyone (and their mother) here.

“I rarely write reviews, but after my experience with Class Auto Center in Long Beach, I felt I owed them one, especially Mario Escalante.
I brought my Tesla Model Y in for a repair, and from the beginning the team was very responsive. They made scheduling easy, communicated directly with my insurance company, and handled everything so I didn't have to deal with any payment or insurance headaches.
There was a small miscommunication about the pickup time because an employee unexpectedly had to leave work after not feeling well. Things happen. What impressed me was how Mario (Escalante) handled it.
He immediately took responsibility, apologized for the delay and the wait, and, most importantly, asked what he could do to make the experience better. No excuses, just a genuine effort to take care of the customer.
I mentioned that I also had a small scratch on the rear door that wasn't part of the original repair. Mario told me to bring the car back when I had time and that he would take care of it at no charge.
A week or two later, I brought the car back. Not only did they take care of the scratch and repaint the area beautifully, they detailed the entire car. When I picked it up, my Model Y honestly looked like it had just come out of a Tesla showroom.
That is what great customer service looks like to me. Problems or misunderstandings can happen anywhere. What matters is how people respond to them, and Mario went above and beyond to turn a small inconvenience into an excellent experience.
Mario, I owe you this review. Thank you for taking care of me and my car.
And to the management at Class Auto Center: employees like Mario are the people you want representing your business. He deserves recognition, and in my opinion, consideration for a promotion or raise.
I will absolutely recommend Class Auto Center in Long Beach, and especially Mario, to anyone looking for a body shop they can trust.
