Would’ve been 5 stars but they left my battery terminal completely loose…luckily they didn’t disconnect when I was in the middle of driving…got in my car about 2 hours after getting home to run an errand, and they battery wasn’t being picked up at all, which then led to me figuring out it was because both the positive and negative connectors on the battery terminal weren’t tightened at all…
Glad it wasn’t hazardous.
