βAbsolutely fantastic service from the team here at Long Beach BMW. Deniz, Will, and Jason provided an absolutely seamless experience for my vehicle purchase. Even though I had my own logistic challenges of not being able to make it physically into the store, they were able to accommodate me every step of the way. When I needed to do paper work remotely, they were able to effectively figure out a solution that worked for both myself and them. βTook my car to Boulevard Cadillac on Cherry because of an ongoing issue with the engine light. The staff, including Ameed Hussein who handled the service my vehicle received. Ameed was knowledgeable and explained everything in laymanβs terms. Iβll be going to them now for my mechanical.β

Took in on a Friday at opening and thought it'd be like other shops and get it back late afternoon, but Larry had it ready within a couple hours. I appreciate that this is a neighborhood shop with the neighborhood feel and service. Highly recommended.β

βJake and his team at Herbs auto restored a very sentimental vehicle for me. My late fatherβs 1955 Oldsmobile 98. It had not been running for 20+ years when I towed it to the shop. βEngine was running a little rough, so took the car in.. I was called and told what the problem was & we Ok'd the repair. Got the car back the next day! Bill was reasonable & We'll be going back when needed.β
βTook my early 6.0 f350 here for egr cooler and all of the things that go along with that. They did the job right, in a timely fashion, for a good price. They also found two additional potential trip-stoppers and repaired those for a reasonable price on the day I needed to get it back...I have been referring them and will be using them next time I need something. Thanks guys!β
βOnly place I'll take my Smart for major services. Replaced my clutch, clutch actuator & 3 motor/transmission mounts back in April. Highly recommend coming here instead of the Mercedes dealerships.β
βTop-notch service from start to finish. EF1 has become my go-to, "home", shop for my vehicles. I brought them my E92 M3 for some TLC. They refreshed the car from top to bottom, we installed a few extra goodies ;) and it came back home with a smile. Will be going back in the years to come for all my automotive needs.β
