“Oh my, where to start off. I was in tough situation but after explaining everything to Ms. Jasmin R.. she knew what to do and how to do it immediately. She was amazing every step of the way. She explained everything detailedly and how we were going to proceed. I enjoyed the hospitality and made me feel like i can trust her and LBS Financials. She had the patience to explain everything to me again and again no matter how many times I asked the question or didnt understand some terms. “Have been with this credit union for over 38 years. It used to be called Harbor Employees Credit Union but they changed the name a few years back. This credit union has been there for me since day one and their service had been outstanding to say the least. I once got myself into a bad loan with another agency and this credit union got me out of it before it was to late. I'll be banking with this credit union for the rest of my life or as long as they're doing business.”
