“This was hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a phone store and I don’t say that lightly. The service here is absolutely top tier. Gio, the manager, went above and beyond in every way possible. He didn’t just answer my questions, he broke everything down clearly, gave me his honest opinion on the device I was considering, and made sure I truly understood my options.
What really stood out is that he wasn’t trying to sell me anything. His priority was genuinely helping me and my family get the absolute most value out of our plan. He strategized with me, showed me ways to maximize benefits, and made sure we walked out with the best setup possible, brand new devices and all, without feeling pressured for a second.
It’s rare to find someone who actually cares more about the customer than the commission, but that’s exactly the vibe Gio gives off. I normally don’t take the time to leave reviews, but exceptional service deserves recognition. If you’re coming to this location, ask for Gio. You won’t regret it.”

I’ve done multiple PSA submissions here and they usually take 2 to 3 months max to be ready for pickup. I’ve heard that’s a lot faster than submitting directly to PSA, from what I’ve read on Reddit.
It’s become really hard to get a PSA 10, after the tougher guidelines that PSA implemented on April 7th, 2025, but still worth grading cards.
I haven’t bought a physical game in forever, but have bought an occasional action figure, and have tried my luck on some basketball packs. I might eventually get a Switch 2 to upgrade from my NSL.
I really like the idea of being able to trade in your old PSA 8, 9, and 10 cards. Someone in TX traded a 2003 Gengar for over $30k! Crazy.
Anyways, great store. If I ever don’t have to worry about money anymore, I’d love to work there part-time.

Jorge resolved the issue when Paul(emp# 915746), from the Metro by T-Mobile helpline was extremely rude, condescending, and juvenile. Paul on the others hand, was polite, helpful, and professional. He resolved the issue in minutes. Best retail experience I've had in a while...”
“I went to get a new charger for my son. Wire and mount. The lady was nice and very helpful. Unfortunately, the charger didn't work on my phone. It was supposed to be a fast charger, but it wasn't fast at all. I called to inform them of my issue. It was the same lady who helped me earlier. Told me if I was able to go back. I was. She traded the charger out, gave me all new upgraded ones. She tried it there, and this one was charging the phone fast. I appreciate her solving my issue in a timely manner and her politeness. She was great. Thanks again.”

“This is a gem of a stationary and office supply store. I was in town for a conference and finished my current notebook. I'm glad I made the 15 minute walk! I got what I was looking for, plus a delightfuly nerdy 20 minute deep dive into notebooks, pens and the therapeutic benefits of writing and doodling. She both new and cared about her work, but more importantly, was just an excellent human being. Thank you!”

This was complicated by Verizon due to it being a business plan, but Octavio was amazing and navigated the whole process to make sure I was taken care of with a fully functioning phone before leaving. Even though it took him a bunch of extra unanticipated time, he saw it through and I really appreciated it. Super solid customer service!”

It was sad to see some familiar faces go but I am very happy overall with the transition. The staff are very kind and they have great deals. They also now consistently are selling food which is a nice add especially being so convenient. They have overall changed the place for the better and the new owners are making this 7/11 way better. Hopefully this new 7-Eleven ownership group can keep making this location even better.”

“Open 24/7 365 days which really helped me out in getting an emergency item on Christmas. Clean store, friendly, attentive employees, easy to spot from the road with the striped banner on the exterior, with ample parking in this strip mall. It was business as usual on Christmas with pastries and perishable refrigerated food well stocked. My only disappointment was the shut down self serve cappuccino/hot cocoa machine due to Covid! That's some great stuff! You can still get coffee though per request, made behind the counter. May the numbers flatten soon because sometimes I want to treat myself to a cappuccino fix!!”
