“I initially went to the AT&T on South Street by Cerritos Mall because I was in the area.. they were so unhelpful and you can tell just trying to make a sale without caring for my needs. I ended up leaving and coming to the one on bloomfield. I usually only come to this one and I always have a great experience. Carlos greeted me right at the door and asked what he could help me with. I had alot of changes i wanted to make, and alot of questions on how and what i should do. Carlos was not only patient, but gave various options and you can tell me was there for my best interest. “Our experience at the AT&T store was beneficial to us because we reduced our monthly cost by changing the service type and also gaining more service features. We also agreed to letting them show us the amount of money with improved service we would get if we changed our Internet provider. We are on a 7 day trial with what they suggested. We expect to go back and buy a new Apple phone from them as a result of our experience with them. This might put us on a 3 year plan, but we are not obligated at this point. Hard to believe, but for us, AT&T showed that they can be very competitive in the current cell phone service industry

“Definitely worth it. I called in for an appointment that worked for me but they also take walk-ins. I have an older iPhone that needed a new battery and screen. New screen came with a screen protector and some warranty. Helpful and affordable family owned business. I definitely recommend it to everyone.”
