“5 stars for the employees. They are always friendly and helpful. Chris in particular is very knowledgeable. Also they keep the place clean it's an older building so there are certain things that are always going to look old.
As for everything else I was a little frustrated when the elevator broke and it stayed broken for such a long time . However, the guys have figured out a way to make the back entrance work. in fact now I think the back entrance is a lot easier than dealing with the elevator.
Also I think the price is better at this place than some of the other storage facilities in the same area. ( It was when I moved in a couple years ago I haven't checked around in a while.)
Personally I wish they had longer hours Bjt my storage roommate thinks their hours are fine.”
