“I would like to acknowledge and thank Moss, the Manager, and Ivette at Human Touch for taking the time to thoroughly review the issues I experienced with my massage chair. For approximately two and a half years, I made repeated calls and experienced significant delays in follow-up regarding a loud clunking noise that occurred after a 30-minute massage cycle when the chair returned to its resting position.
After I left a voicemail, Moss contacted me within a few hours and fulfilled his commitment to respond within 24 hours. Following their review of the matter, Moss and Ivette demonstrated excellent customer service by arranging for the necessary replacement parts to be ordered and installed at no cost to me. This resolution was provided in recognition of the extended delays and the ongoing back-and-forth communications I had experienced with customer service support over the years.
I appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to resolving the issue fairly and satisfactorily.

I'm not quite sure about the Extra! part in the name for this location because they basically have pretty much the same as the location in San Pedro and quite in comparison to the size that it is as well.

“I’m sitting in the parking lot of the smart and final wanting to share the kindest experiences I’ve witnessed. There’s a gentleman laying slat on the floor at the front of the entrance and the manager is talking to him. He’s not yelling at him to get him to move, he’s not treating him like an animal shooooing him away. He’s talking to him, listening to him, offering options, encouraging him to contact his family. In a world full of nasty and people acting inhumanly towards their neighbors, here’s an interaction I didn’t think I would ever be able to witness. I come here for bulk items and parties and things like that. But honestly they've gotten to the point where they're just like a regular grocery store now and not a party supply store anymore.
