“This store is one of the best stores I have ever been to in America. The place is always super clean and the owner is always mopping or dusting the shelves. They have every type of soft drink you can imagine and lots and lots of cold beer. They have a nice small refrigerator with select cold liquor in case you prefer colder beverages. And don't even get me started on the welcoming environment the owners give you. Their cashier is super nice and would 10/10 recommend.”
“I went into get gas today. I went in to pay cash, the young man behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I said I wanted $50 on pump #1 and handed him the cash. We both wished each other a nice afternoon and off I went to fill my car. As I was pulling out here comes the young man, I was confused but rolled down my window. He said you wanted $50 in gas, right? I said yes...he said you handed my $70! I was so shocked and touched by his honety! I don't live nearby..but from now on when I'm down in OC, I'll be buying my gas at this Chevron station!! (This was about 4pm. 10/16/23) THANK YOU YOUNG MAN!!!”

“I love CVS the store is always clean all the employees are extremely nice and the store manager is super nice. I love shopping here. I get my medication in the pharmacy to. There so polite you should definitely shop there and make sure you do the surveys. They are very helpful and I love the extra bucks CVS is a great store I love all the employees they say hi and welcome when u walk in. I always give a 10 high score and extremely satisfied. The prices are great I’m Natalie everyone in the pharmacy is super nice to. I’m so happy they got ice cream back and I got pictures to prints. “This is my favorite 711. There are 2 closer ones to my house that I don't like to go.
This one not only accept debit card for lotto, unlike other annoying ones that say only cash ?, but the very very nice guy always makes me fresh flavored coffee even in the afternoon where other location rudely and arrogantly say we only have them in the morning. He and his son told me we'll be glad to make you a new fresh pot whenever you ask. They're experts and know about customer service.
Unfortunately other places the workers are rude, ignorant, arrogant and don't even understand when you speak.
So thank you for being a fresh breath of air. We need more people and more places like you. ????”

“I’ve been going to this ARCO/AMPM store for some time now and, for the first time, experienced a small issue at one of the fuel pumps. Essentially, the pump overcharged my account because the sensor didn’t recognize the pump was placed back into its holder. Long story short, the store manager (Maria) went above and beyond to rectify the issue, and provided me with a full refund without hesitation. Her quickness to act and her interpersonal communication skills throughout the entire ordeal were stellar, and I will continue to be a retuning customer. She definitely deserves a promotion!”

“So hitting up this place for FREE slurpee for this 7-11 day. This place is a bit smaller and hidden off the corner in a super small area with some other shops. Our group arrived and immediately took up all the space in front of the machines. The employees were friendly and just allowed everyone to get their free item. They were quick to get everyone who bought extra items through the line while answering questions. The parking is small with one way in and one way out which is a bit tight and you need to be paying attention cuz some people are not always paying attention when backing out of parking stalls next to the entrance. It was a fun time.”

“I love how this store is on top of things . However the the gentleman greeting me needs some customer service training I tried several times to communicate with him. He had Zero response and zero personality interaction I feed bad givinga low score.( maybehe had a bad day ) but this is a lovely pharmacy ?. I had been going to the CVS on Portola on foothill Ranch however it would take me forever to get my medication or they would say the message was wrong, etc. etc.. Service was terrible, but I’m thankful that I have not found this with this location. I am so grateful thank you thank you thank you thank you much appreciation”
