“Very very happy with Storage Valet! We had 2 units for over a year which we stored in our backyard. The staff is very kind and professional, the containers were like new, super clean and very solid, with a way to lock them too. Rain did not affect any of my contents. “SUMMARY: US Storage is the best, I have been here probably 8 years. I have had several local storage units at nearby facilities and I have never as impressed as I am with USS. Rain the property managed is what makes this place so great. He goes out of her way to make sure you are in the right unit. He will show you as many units as you want to see. He will be honest with you if you have special items like records, or heat fragile items, tell him and he make every effort to make sure your property is safe. He is always honest and friendly and will give you the best deal possible. Many other places the employee turnover is high, you don't know them, they don't know you. Rain has always been there for me, and all my needs.
The USS is always spotlessly clean and I have better in and out hours than any other facility I have worked with. Rain and his staff do a wonderful job. When you move in, AND YOU ASK, they have a large truck, with a ramp, that you can borrow free one time. Here, the facilities are always open, clean and stocked. The access roads surrounding the units are very spacious, important on busy weekend when people are dropping off and picking up their junk. I feel safe as the facilities are closely monitored by several security cameras. Tell Rain - Chris G sent you!

When choosing a unit, pay attention to the lighting if that is an issue for you, some of the units are a bit dark.”
“We needed a container on our job site to store building materials and tools. Sun Pac delivered one quickly and on time. Their customer service was friendly and helpful. The container was clean and had a strong lock on it to protect our belongings. I would highly recommend them.”

“Called them in a panic because another moving company (I won’t name them but if you’re in the Inland Empire be careful!) did me dirty. Not only did they squeeze us in at the last minute but they came ready and knocked out our move in the time promised. They moved quick, were diligent with my items and even made sure not to scuff my walls after the other moving company damn near took our walls out. In all, if I ever need help moving anything they would be the first I would call, no doubt!”

“10/10!! Absolutely recommend anyone use these guys. I moved from Los Angeles to Phoenix AZ. I spoke with Kaycie and she did a great job helping me through the entire process. I called them with about two weeks before my anticipated move out date and they had the exact requested pickup day available. They called me and confirmed the day before and showed up right on time with three awesome guys: Eric, Scott, and Gary. We lived on the fourth floor and they couldn’t park near the apartment, nonetheless they powered through and did an amazing job. They were so polite and professional. Eric drove to our new place in two days in AZ. They arrived early in the morning and unloaded everything in two hours! They didn’t break a single thing and they were as professional as they come. I would HIGHLY recommend these Safeway to anyone moving around the west coast.”
