“First time coming in today which was suggested by the urgent care doctor at Sierra Vista, he claimed that my pharmacy has been running out of Rx's and he said it would be better for me to go here - took his advice and I'm happy I did!First off, the moment I walked in the employees greeted me warmly, Elijah was quick to take my information and told me it would be a few minutes. The Rx the doctor prescribed was out of pocket and the team went out of their way to call back the doctor and ask if they could give me a generic Rx so that my insurance could cover it. I mean WOW, they really did not have to do that but they did and I am so grateful for that due to my current financial situation.To make matters even BETTER they also gave me COVID tests for free which was such financial help because this weekend we had to buy some and they were not cheap! (Not saying they give everyone free COVID tests, so don't go in there asking for freebies because you see my review. Not advertising just appreciating my experience!)This place may be tiny, but their customer service is amazing way better than any other major pharmacy I have ever been to! They were so helpful with making sure I could get my insulins I needed by ensuring my correct discount card was updated and stayed that way when we had a single issue with my first one not working after only using it twice! Staff was just so nice here, at least with me and I so appreciated it. I’d be picking up the insulin, or things for my mom and when I would go out of town, my mom was able to pick it up for me so that I wouldn’t miss the refills and not be able to get the insulin in time.”

“let me start by giving one important tip: the thing with walmart on saturday & sunday they all closed down between 115-2:15 for lunch so you will not be able to pickup during their lunch. the close the windows . In 2014 I did not have employer sponsored health insurance and started using Walmart Pharmacy as they had a large formulary pharmaceutical list and were very reasonable and competitive price wise . They offered other perks like friendly caring staff. I've done Business with 3, Torrance Del Amo, Woodland Hills Fallbrook & Currently Simi Tapo Street Neighborhood Market (remember last phrase you'll need to tell it to your doctor or it goes to Wal Pharm on the other side of town ) I've been impressed with the staff here . I've been using this pharmacy for about 2 years now and i feel like i'm part of their family. They always welcome me by name, some even know my birthdate . They are always sweet, accommodating and knowledgeable about what they dispense. The front office ladies are really on top of insurance speak and understand how to get you covered. They will also offer you gold RX price .”

“The Simi Valley pharmacy's go beyond the "call of duty". I have used both Cochran Street Location and the Tapo Canyon location. The staff at both of these pharmacy's are amazing. If you have a question regarding a medication whether it is an over the counter or your prescription the pharmacist will come to the front counter and explain how the medication is taken and what side effects the drug may have. “Tapelo, pharmacy and Alamo pharmacy have merch they’re located at 3695 Alamo St. Suite 100 in Simi Valley California. If you want personal attention from your pharmacist this is the place to go you’re not just a piece of meat like at the major pharmacies I suggest you go there, the pharmacist Afifi and Angie are spectacular. The whole staff is wonderful and you’ll see the owner there on occasion really great pharmacy. I’m so glad I was referred to them.”

I tend to be patient and not get upset if it takes a little longer to ask for help or to pay for stuff. I come here for toy exclusives and some food items when they go on sale. While I don't generally shop here for medication, their staff is friendly and can answer all your questions. Best to have a membership, so you can take advantage of their deals. The store is clean, and items are stocked. While others have had a negative experience, I've always had a positive one. Maybe I come by at the right time or right day, I don't know.
