“Simi Care Pharmacy is the epitome of professionalism. They are efficient, kind and do best by their patients/customers. This is my second time reviewing them because I feel compelled to after getting such great service. I've had so much trouble with big name pharmacies, especially Rite Aid. They argue with you, tell you a medication isn't covered by insurance is going to be a certain price, and then at SimI Care Pharmacy it is covered for a $5 copay. Every person here has been so kind and thorough, whether it's over the phone or in person. Truly a place where customer service still matters. I cannot recommend them enough.”
“Rx point is the quintessential local family pharmacy. The pharmacist goes above and beyond to get the prescription you need when you need it (even when there was a national shortage he was able to get what I needed), has good communication, and most importantly fills your prescriptions quickly after they are ordered from your doctor. The personal customer service of remembering my name when I come in and what prescription is mine shows he cares a lot for his customers. The pharmacy is conveniently located next to Ralph's making it easier to run errands with two toddlers. I've never had to wait in a line. I'll never go to CVS or a big pharmacy again!”

“This is probably the largest CVS in the area, by footprint. But it feels... Sparse.
It's definitely nice that it's not busy. But whole aisles are empty. Shelves are partially stocked, walkways are wide.
And despite the size, specific departments feel understocked. For example, they have three small beverage coolers, with maybe 1/3 the selection of a typical CVS.
Overall it's still a CVS, it's got the necessities you need and a pharmacy. But it's not my favorite in the area.”
“Pharmacist is very Knowledgeable and very kind. They fill your prescription in minutes so you are in and out in no time. Close to doc offices so very convenient as well. Love this place”

“Honestly, it was the best pharmacy I have ever used anywhere. They were so helpful with making sure I could get my insulins I needed by ensuring my correct discount card was updated and stayed that way when we had a single issue with my first one not working after only using it twice! Staff was just so nice here, at least with me and I so appreciated it. I’d be picking up the insulin, or things for my mom and when I would go out of town, my mom was able to pick it up for me so that I wouldn’t miss the refills and not be able to get the insulin in time.”

Pharmacy Manager Evette Guirguis was exceptionally kind, professional, and patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire vaccination process smooth and stress-free.
Everyone at this location was friendly and welcoming, but Evette truly went above and beyond. This is by far the best CVS pharmacy I have visited, and I highly recommend this location!”

“I had been having a very difficult time getting a prescribed medication at the big corporate pharmacies. A friend had mentioned Golden Life and I popped in to give them a try. The service was incredible! The staff is so kind and patient and really wants to help. The pharmacist in charge was amazing and went out of his way to help me get my medication the next day. They offer delivery if you need and are absolutely amazing. They have won my business moving forward. Great hidden gem here in Simi Valley!”
“I stopped by this CVS to pick up my photo order printout. I uploaded my photo through the mobile app and used my TMobile Tuesday coupon for it. After submitting my order request, it was ready within the hour.
I found parking easily in the plaza this store is in. When I came, it was the morning so not a lot of people inside the store. I check with the cashier and give him my name for the order. He handed me the picture and I went to explore the store. I went to the beverage aisle and got two soda bottle because they were on sale.
I used the self checkout which was simple. After I put in my number and paid, it give me a long receipt of the bill and a bunch of coupons.”

“Tapelo, pharmacy and Alamo pharmacy have merch they’re located at 3695 Alamo St. Suite 100 in Simi Valley California. If you want personal attention from your pharmacist this is the place to go you’re not just a piece of meat like at the major pharmacies I suggest you go there, the pharmacist Afifi and Angie are spectacular. The whole staff is wonderful and you’ll see the owner there on occasion really great pharmacy. I’m so glad I was referred to them.”

My husband picks up my father’s meds and they always remember who he is and ask about my dad. They also make recommendations for vaccines or educate us if they think something would benefit my dad.
