“Parking is very easy, secure and only a short stroll to the front doors. The store is clean and very well lit with never too long of a wait at the pharmacy. Even when in line the counter person makes eye contact and greets each customer. Superb.”
“Simi Care Pharmacy is the epitome of professionalism. They are efficient, kind and do best by their patients/customers. This is my second time reviewing them because I feel compelled to after getting such great service. I've had so much trouble with big name pharmacies, especially Rite Aid. They argue with you, tell you a medication isn't covered by insurance is going to be a certain price, and then at SimI Care Pharmacy it is covered for a $5 copay. Every person here has been so kind and thorough, whether it's over the phone or in person. Truly a place where customer service still matters. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“This is probably the largest CVS in the area, by footprint. But it feels... Sparse.
It's definitely nice that it's not busy. But whole aisles are empty. Shelves are partially stocked, walkways are wide.
And despite the size, specific departments feel understocked. For example, they have three small beverage coolers, with maybe 1/3 the selection of a typical CVS.
Overall it's still a CVS, it's got the necessities you need and a pharmacy. But it's not my favorite in the area.”
“I stopped by this CVS store to pickup my photo. I had a T-Mobile Tuesday coupon to print a 8x10 picture from their mobile app and all you have to do is pick it up at any CVS store. This one is near my work and I was grabbing food in the same plaza so I chose this one. I came in the early morning so I found parking easily here. When I walked inside, they were not busy at all and only had 1 person working the cashier. That same cashier works at the photo department so I had to get in the checkout line and then tell her I was there for a picture pick up. The process was simple but I can see how it can be slow if they had many customers waiting to check out.”
“Awhile back my son needed a RX that our big corp pharmacy didn’t have. I called around to a few places before finding RxPoint, they didn’t have it on hand but the Pharmacist stated he’d put it on his next order and it would be here within a day or two. It came within 24 hours. I switched from our big corp pharmacy that very day and never turned back. Once again, we needed a RX in a bind and he had it ready for us within minutes. I love the care that they provide for us, like we’re family. I don’t know what took me so long to find them but I’m glad I did. “Honestly, it was the best pharmacy I have ever used anywhere. They were so helpful with making sure I could get my insulins I needed by ensuring my correct discount card was updated and stayed that way when we had a single issue with my first one not working after only using it twice! Staff was just so nice here, at least with me and I so appreciated it. I’d be picking up the insulin, or things for my mom and when I would go out of town, my mom was able to pick it up for me so that I wouldn’t miss the refills and not be able to get the insulin in time.”

She truly went above and beyond to help me resolve an insurance issue with my weight loss medication. Instead of just giving me a quick answer or passing me along, she took the time to dig in, make calls, and do everything she could to find a solution. That level of care and effort really meant a lot.
In the past, I’ve had experiences with other staff members that weren’t always the most pleasant or helpful, but Rupa completely changed that for me. She is kind, patient, professional, and genuinely cares about her customers. She makes the pharmacy feel welcoming and reminds you what great customer service should be.

“I had been having a very difficult time getting a prescribed medication at the big corporate pharmacies. A friend had mentioned Golden Life and I popped in to give them a try. The service was incredible! The staff is so kind and patient and really wants to help. The pharmacist in charge was amazing and went out of his way to help me get my medication the next day. They offer delivery if you need and are absolutely amazing. They have won my business moving forward. Great hidden gem here in Simi Valley!”

“Tapelo, pharmacy and Alamo pharmacy have merch they’re located at 3695 Alamo St. Suite 100 in Simi Valley California. If you want personal attention from your pharmacist this is the place to go you’re not just a piece of meat like at the major pharmacies I suggest you go there, the pharmacist Afifi and Angie are spectacular. The whole staff is wonderful and you’ll see the owner there on occasion really great pharmacy. I’m so glad I was referred to them.”
