“I'm new to being an adult and never had to get a notary up until now. I explained what I had to get notarized and they accomadated and explained to me what to do. They printed out the paper I needed and notarized it for me and did it free of charge. The lady was kind and I could tell she was a good person. I ended up putting money in her donation jar for the Ventura County Animal Shelter because she shares the same love for animals as I do. Thank you if you're reading this.”

“Mark at Spectra Color is the man\! I came into the store with a really plush robe that I wanted embroidered as a gift, and he made the entire process so easy\. I gave him my ideas, and he printed out several versions of what the embroidery would look like\. We placed these against the robe so I could see the size and placement and feel completely comfortable before making the final decision\. I just picked up the finished robe, and it looks terrific\! The embroidery came out exactly as I had hoped\. I have no doubt this gift is going to be a big hit\. Mark was patient, helpful, and clearly cares about getting things just right\. I will absolutely be back to Spectra Color for any embroidery or personalization I need in the future\. Highly recommend”

“As a small business owner, I decided I needed to put my business logo, motto, and mission statement on my work van. Purchasing the van used, I wanted something simple and definitely wanted to keep the price modest without sacrificing quality. Bottomline saw my vision, communicated well, and the turn around time was quick and efficient. I would recommend this company to everyone I know..... especially if you own a small business and want to use your vehicle as an additional platform to advertise! Travis even cleaned up my logo and made it even more impressive! Thanks again Travis!”

“Absolutely Exceptional Service! I am not a designer myself, so when I put together a business card design on my own system, I really had no idea if it would actually work for printing. Luckily, Nate was my main contact person throughout the entire process, and he was an absolute lifesaver.Nate caught that the font I used was far too small to print properly. Instead of just printing it anyway or charging me a fortune to fix it, he took it upon himself to completely redesign both sides of my business card based on my original concept—and he included this entire design service completely free within the standard cost of printing! To make things even better, we ran into a small hiccup after the cards went into production. Nate immediately stepped up and rectified the entire issue all over again without charging me a single extra dollar. This family-owned business truly goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Their professionalism is unmatched, and their pricing is unbeatable. This is my second time ordering printing services from this amazing shop in Simi Valley, and they have officially earned a customer for life. It doesn't matter where you are located in Los Angeles or anywhere else across California—you can easily place your order online and they will ship it right to you.I rarely feel compelled to leave reviews these days, but the level of care and satisfaction I experienced here made it absolutely necessary. Beyond happy!”

“Was running late today and needed to pick up a (re-routed signature required) package, but unfortunately got there as they closed. The clerk there was dealing with wet carpet and dryers, but was still kind enough to let me in and pick up the package. I frequent this location and everyone I’ve dealt with is always helpful and professional, so I’m not sure why there are negative reviews. My guess is these bad reviews come from people who are just new to a process or are just having a bad day and looking to project their issues on someone at UPS. Thanks for the great service and kindness today UPS- First/LA!”
