“I am giving the store a 10 rating as an excellent score for the fact that not only is your customer service, top-notch, and very professional, but every time I come in here, they greet me with the smile are very informative as to how I should ship things and let me know what’s the best options When I’m working with them, I also enjoyed the fact that they take my Amazon products for returns, they have a full supply of items I could use such as boxes for shipping ,tape, envelopes, pens, markers, and different size of boxes. they also help me understand the differences of how to ship, and which would be the best way for me to do so, I enjoy coming to the store very much because they make me feel comfortable with their answers, they help me understand what I’m doing, and they explain to me when my package will get there, and how it will be shipped. the customer service is exceptional, and I highly recommend this store to anybody here in the city of Simi Valley,I believe this family that is running. The store is an asset to the UPS company, and I believe that they are going to be an asset to the city of Simi Valley as well, always friendly, always informative, and always willing to help, I will continue to use them with confidence, knowing that I’ve come to the right place.”
