People are always happy with the service and very pleased, ensuring they will return.
I have purchased two bikes from here at two different times, excellent service every time I'm there. No pressure from sales, and they will make sure you find the bike or parts that are right for you. I can’t recommend them enough.

Great service. Dropped off my bike at the scheduled time and it was completed at the scheduled time. Couldn’t ask for more.

I came in because I needed a new tire. Chris from service and all the test of the staff took great care of me. The tire I wanted was delivered within a couple days, and once it delivered it was installed within an hour. Great shop, helpful staff and surely a gem here in Simi valley.
